Not happy at all!Had my first tattoo done she used a very thin ink and didn’t do the job properly I had have a touch up but still it looks like a 4 year old drew on it I’m not using her name as I don’t want to. Going to the manager today to sort it out. I payed $125 NOT HAPPY CHAPPY

Walked in the door to a clean well laid out studio. Got to see a staff member in action doing a sensational job who my wife had chosen to do hers and we strongly recommend! The staff where nice and polite and most of all upfront and honest about designs and didn't leave out any things that could go wrong.

The tattoo shop and artists are great however the Booking process can be greatly improved.I booked a appointment with a 2 week wait. No problem but when it came closer to for the appointment was notified 24hrs before hand of cancellation and reschedule. really disappointing but I gave them a full week window to rebook me in but was then told had to rebook in another 2 weeks. My suspicion is that they either overbooked or squeezed someone else into my spot.They did apologise but didn't make an effort to rebook with someone else or work outside of hours.Got my deposit back but left a bad taste, so won't ever be coming back.

Get inked here!I've had three tattoos here, so far, all done by Jess. On one occasion, my best mate and I got matching tattoos - my friend's first tattoo, so it was a nerve-wracking experience for her, but Jess is the consummate professional - creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that consequently created a great experience and memory for my mate's first inking.I have more work that I'd like to have done, and I plan on returning to have a chat with Diego, who comes highly recommended.I personally prefer to work-up my own designs on Photoshop then send them in for a review. Jess provided really solid advice on how to make the designs work best in respect to placement and size - also, adding her own flair, which improved my design markedly.Pros:• Plenty of parking• ATM in the servo/7-Eleven next door• Clean, tidy workspace• Professional artists• Good valueCons:• There's a weird cupboard with doors that don't match, which upset my OCD
