Warren and the team at C21 helped us sell our investment property over the January 23 holiday break. Very bad Service with Century 21.We got professional cleaners as although the house was hardly used. Got a gardener on top of the real estate was not happy and charged us $858.We paid $437 rent weekly which is to much. In my neighbour they just paid $400 weekly. I Spoke to the real estate this matter and they said we cannot dropping the rent,please kindly send in your notice to vacate.In this panademic we leave the house.Ranjila Gounder she is Unexperience real estate Agent. She is very rude. Very poor quality of Service.

The real estate agent, Rebecca, was a horror to begin with. She tried to make us pay for so much excess and we like complete novice almost agreed too for everything. But then she tested our patience, despite our multiple requests over mail and phone, by delaying our access to the property by over 2 weeks to take care of the raised end of lease concerns and in retrospect delayed our bond refund. In our exasperation I got in touch with consumer affairs who guided me on my rights. Rudeness, disparity of information and bullying us to pay in excess are the nutshell of Rebecca’s introduction to you. We have had absolute pleasure with the landlord for our tenure at the property we stayed in but the agent.. she was a nightmare to deal with. Patronising tone is not a pleasure to anyone. And the lady could learn a lesson or two that tenants can hear when you say something under your breath when you ask for undue payments and we quote you to safeguard ourselves. We saved ourself atleast $600 by talking to consumer affairs. The agent even had the audacity to try to take credit for our savings when she fought tooth and nail by saying repeatedly that tenants are liable to ‘pay’ for damages when the fact is wear are tear are part of certain fixtures and tenants are liable to ‘get an opportunity to fix the damage’, an opportunity she dint think to offer to us. What we saved is thanks to our talk with consumer affairs and learning about our rights. She even went ahead with maintenance work of the property without giving us access to fix the concerned areas first and then made our hired cleaner clean the debris left behind after the maintenance guys, debris mark you that were not even part of the exit report. Exit report, boy that report took almost 2 weeks to come after handing over our keys and multiple requests on mail and phone. Guys be warned this real estate agent ‘thinks’ she has the landlords’ best interest but all she is trying to do is squeeze you out of more money by bullying and feeding incorrect information and even challenging advice given by consumer affairs. Again I stress on the fact our landlord was a complete pleasure through our tenure. The real estate agency is greedy and impolite and does not care about tenants’ rights. Don’t be in a people service profession if you can’t be ‘polite and genuine’. Rebecca you are the epitome of what’s wrong with the service industry.

It was a delight to deal with Ranjila. She was prompt and responded to all the queries in a timely manner. Received great service and very happy with the property that we secured through her.

My overall experience with Warren at Century 21 was excellent. He and his team made the sale of my property seamless. They were well informed in the current property market and discussed my expectations as a vendor honestly, giving comparative examples from the same sales area. They were always punctual and positive with inspections and open viewing. Warren always followed up personallywith a progress report, contacting me to discuss prospective buyers and further action that might be needed.

Have recently sold our property through Warren and his team. Sale went very smooth and very fast even under the current conditions of Covid and the numerous Lock downs through out the settlement period. Would highly recommend Century 21. Professional and thorough service and was a pleasure to deal with as well.
