Excellent service, we were not even looking at the lounge we finally decided on. Raymond took the time to ask some questions to find out what we were looking and suggested the perfect match.

Went in for a new sofa with already in mind of the model. David and the team were able to align the delivery process with our preferred delivery times. As my move in date was not settled, they were happy to assist in what options were available in securing our new sofa. They were also very kind in securing a sale price and guided us through the process swiftly and efficiently. Thankyou to the team once again!

Excellent customer service! David from the Alexandria showroom was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He gave us space to look around and test furniture, remained available in an unintrusive way so he could answer our questions and was pro-active in offering options and ideas. Prices were competitive and range was good.

The Salesman David has been a pleasure to deal with. He has excellent customer service skills and he has been very efficient, patient and diligent when dealing with us. He made our experience in choosing a lounge very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend David.

Incredible customer service.Buying a lounge needs you to be fully focused on where it will be placed in your home and office and how the colour will seamlessly blend into its new home.I felt completely relaxed and comfortable in the showroom to spend as much time as I needed to step through things in my own time.Yes you can order one online, but do yourself a favour and heading to their Alexandria showroom to immerse yourself in a quality experience with the incredible showroom staff.I did and brought the most beautiful lounge at a fantastic price and am looking forward to its arrival.

David Kim was the salesman who helped and advised me with my purchase. A very friendly knowledgeable and above not at all pushy or overbearing. Very happy with my lounge. Probably one of the most comfortable I have tried.

Fantastic service through and through with David K. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us (we had walked around for almost an hour and had numerous questions!). We are currently awaiting delivery of our sofa lounge but we are positive we would be just as satisfied with it. Highly recommended!

The in-store experience through to making the online order, being able to make payment in 2x instalments and organising delivery was very smooth. We are happy with the couch as well so I would have given a 4.5 or 5 star review however unfortunately the actual delivery was so very poor, so much that this has left a sour impression hence a rating of 3. Warning: long post ahead but hope this helps!IN-STORE: My partner and I visited the Alexandria store and had a positive experience - we were given the space and time to roam around on our own comfortably and when we had questions, the customer rep was knowledgeable with the product, warranty, and delivery. Most importantly, he was accurate with the delivery lead time (product was in stock and can be received within the week).ONLINE ORDER & PAYMENT: Once we decided to purchase the lounge, the process was super easy. The website was easy to navigate and it was a few clicks to add to cart, calculate delivery fee ($149) and proceed to payment.What I liked: (1) there was an option to complete payment in instalments and (2) I received an SMS a few days later to remind me for the next instalment with a link to my order - again, a super easy and seamless process.ORGANISING DELIVERY: I received an SMS notifying that my furniture is in stock with two options to organise delivery - call or via a link. We requested for a change of delivery date and this again was fuss-free and convenient to do via text.DELIVERY: On the day of, we received a message when the furniture was 45-60 mins away (great!), got a call when courier arrived and one of the two guys came up to have a look at where the lounge needed to be - an apartment on the third level.Whilst shopping, we had compared the new lounge to the old one and we wanted to downsize which we did so when the lounge with all the packaging didn't fit in our elevator, I panicked but tried to look for a solution, whilst considering a real option if it needs to be sent back with cost implications.In the end, there was a super easy solution: we unboxed the lounge and it was soooo easy to get into the lift. Here's a tip if you're ever stuck in the same situation.Last words - mainly for Lounge Life: Not sure what the agreement is between Lounge Life and Living Unlimited (delivery guys) are but all I found on Lounge Life:(1) check the Good Fit Guide mentioned on the FAQ page to ensure the furniture would fit - 404 error on page(2) the guys cannot carry the furniture up - I was told this on the day of though after the delivery, I looked up reviews and there was one review from 2 years ago where it was mentioned that they did carry the furniture up some narrow stairs.I don't know what the agreement is between Lounge Life and Living Ultimate is nor what is included or excluded as part of the $149 delivery fee but well, if getting it delivered via stairs is part of delivering the lounge, then well, I was an idiot but truth be told, this wasn't an issue that stressed me out. What stressed me out most which was not necessary was this:(3) I was repeatedly pressured to make a call at every second minute: 'What do you want to do?', 'I can't just stand around and wait, I have other jobs and deliveries to do', 'Do you want us to leave it here (common hallway on ground floor) or do you want us to take it back'.All legitimate questions but I was trying to find solutions and seek their help as they're the experts (for example, to get a feel of the furniture to gauge if maybe my partner and I can carry the furniture up or if it'll fit up the stairs) but for the 8-10 minutes, he kept repeating that they needed to go. This just added to the stress though I do want to say that the other guy was more empathetic and apologetic. It's not their fault that they have back to back jobs but I would have appreciated him giving me a few minutes whilst I made the call.

We just ordered a sofa from Lounge Life on the weekend. Jose was super helpful and friendly, it was just hard to choose a style as there were a few we loved, but we were able to order a different configuration to suit our needs. We look forward to getting our custom sofa in a few months
