Thank you so much for your kind and caring treatment of Charles on his recent stay. He’s an anxious dog in new environments and knowing you went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and welcome without us even asking means a lot to us, we will be sure to bring him again next time we are on holidays. Thank you!

Second time we put our puppy in,and it would be our last. The owner Diane is a rude arrogant lady, who we heard when she was getting our puppy out that he had no brains. Also apparently he bark a lot and what they tend to do with these dogs is to bury them out the back,Diane's choice of words. The other staff are nice, seems like she isn't a animal lover. If I could review 0 they would get it. Really needs a revamp, dirty facilities yuk!!! Seems to be a dog prison. My purebred black German Shepherd deserves better, and we have just stayed away and found an awesome pet motel in Mudgeeraba where he will be staying every time we go away.

Our family have been sending all of our very spoilt boxer dogs to Nerang Pet Motel for over 30 years. Yes it is a kennel, but all the staff love the dogs and take great care of them. Our dogs always come back looking healthier than when we left them. It's great to go away with the peace and mind that our dogs are well looked after.

My Bull Mastiff Butch has stayed here many, many times over the years & always looks forward to seeing either Dianne, Shannon or, Erin when she arrives there. Although she 'wimps a bit' when I leave, she is lovingly looked after by all the staff & is always in top condition when picked up. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nerang Pet Motel to any dog lover who requires their pet to be looked after in a caring, loving fashion.

To me the sign of a good pet facility is how the animal is on return. Our pet always comes back from visits here happy and content. The staff always make you feel welcome with good updates on what your pet has been up to. Clean environment with fresh air and rarely one you imagine with pets constantly barging or meowing. All the animals seemed happy and the staff fantastic. Can't recommend them highly enough.

12 months ago while dealing with the traumatic experience of my grandfathers unexpected death, we had to find emergency accomodation for our dogs, i would not reccommend this place to anyone unless they want to be told their vaccinated dog would be sent to the pound if they were collected by 3pm while your in the ACT organising funeral arrangements. Because their quarantine" said "two weeks". Load of rubbish when the vet themself said it was perfectly fine for him to be there. And nothing was mentioned when dropping off. Quick to take our $400 but certainly didnt refund anything when we had to organise our friend to pick our dog up! Our other dog stayed and was absolutely dying of thirst these people also never returned the 5 bags food we left for 2 dogs. Absolutely APPAULING motel scum bags. If i could less than 1 star i would."

I can not thank Dianne, Erin and the rest of the staff so much for the excellent care they gave my beloved German Shepherd, Rogue. After having a bad experience with another kennel, I was reluctant at first. However, offering an inspection of their premises gave me comfort. Not only did they ensure Rogue was entertained, fed and bathed, they also catered to her medical needs and even contacted me to keep me posted on her stay. Erin also informed me that they changed Rogues diet as she was suffering the runs" and was able to provide her with a suitable alternative. Rogue

My German Shepherd has stayed here several times and comes home happy and stress free (unlike other places he has stayed). I feel much more relaxed while I'm away as I know they are taking great care of him and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. He has a special diet and it is never any trouble for them.

We have been taking our pup Chevy here now for the last 2 years, whenever we go away whether it’s a weekend or 2+weeks. Diane and all the staff are always so welcoming and love having our pup. Chevy gets so excited when we drive in and literally jumps out of the car and pulls us into the office. She always comes home smelling so nice after her spa bath.We now have a second puppy Dodge who has gone with Chevy for the first time this weekend. It makes us happy to know that we can go away and our pups are being loved and cared for.I would highly recommend Nerang Pet Motel to anyone.

I gave them healthy and Happy cats and they gave them back two very stressed cats with all their hair falling out. I visited and found the door slamming so loud it terrified the cats every time the door slammed. The floor of my cats room was covered in urine. And they had no food in their bowls . It was terrible. I would never use them again and I suggest other people don't use them either
