Charlie's lawn mowing services

For me, Charlie is the best. Not only can he provide a nice service, but also he is punctual and charge you lesser than others. A very friendly & nice man. I strongly reccomend him! :)

Extremely unprofessional. Was hours late. Didn't bring his own disposal bags. Left our lawn looking a complete mess. Within 15mins he said he had finished our whole house. We asked for all trees trimmed, weeds out, and grass mowedand hedges looking neat. He didn't even clean up the grass he cut. I had to come outside and demand him to finish the job and blow the grass off our paved concrete. He told me that he was tired and didn't have time and he will do it next time. He was taking advantage of the fact that I was a female and thought i will let the unprofessional act slides, so my mother came out to defend me. He then made a scene raising his voice in the neighbourhood and disrespecting my mother. His worker also lied and said he had sprayed the weeds, but when i caught him in his lie. He went back out of his van to do it properly. His worker instead of working was in the van rolling cigarettes. I had to walk to the van and ask him to complete the job.I asked Charlie for some funds back for unfinished work and he refused. He charged me $140 for unfinished work, drove off and said he will clean up the grass left behind next time. I am still in the process of taking matters further.

Please avoid this business at all costs. They love to take your money and love to harass elderly people.If you want to deal with disrespectful people, hire these guys. They will treat you with 0 respect.I would not recommend these guys to anyone at all.

It has taken me almost an hour to cool down. I only wish I could post the images I took after he finished!There was remains of some Bamboo lying on the grass. He told me he sprayed it". My blood pressure hit the roof as I said to him "why would you spray dead bamboo?" The live bamboo I was not wanting to keep - but did not say anything to him about

I called this service based off the reviews. Charlie was 4 hours late then charged $140 just to cut my small lawn. Called him several times to come back and complete the job that was agreed, he ended up negotiating and said he would pay back $40. Charlie has not stuck to his word, and has been blocking my calls. Do not use this service.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Unacceptable. Do not stand by initial quotation.

I have used Charlie's Lawn Mowing Services twice now. Both times my lawns have looked wonderful after Charlie has been. I now have him booked to take care of my lawns on a fortnightly basis.Being an widow it is nice to have a young man I can rely on to do such a great job and to take such pride in the work he does.

Very happy with the lawn mowing service and the overall experience. It was very easy to communicate with Charlie. He was very responsive throughout the process, provided a quick quote based on photos and completed the job quickly.
