Great location and staff. Annoying that they close off the car park so you got to walk in through the closed car park. Otherwise it's convenient

The young guy James is incredible. His knowledge of what is good for my cat & his whole demeanour was exceptional. He really had a genuine interest in my cats welfare.

Not very busy for a Saturday Christmas eve. Store is well laid out and staff are awesome. They obviously love pets and enjoy their work. Be wary of prices advertised online are cheaper than in store even if your a member.

Found some really cute toys on sale that our pups love! Store is well laid out so it was literally just a quick in and out visit, very efficient. The customer parking was closed off though.

It's okay, not that much there. A few oc the workers are rude but most are very friendly it depends. I've shopped for years here and the carpark is never open so it is very annoying and it's on a busy street and only about 1 car can park in front. I think they recently opened the carpark again, it was closed because they were building but no progress has been made. So come early because it has a busy rode and no parking

Staff member was extremely knowledgable and approachable. I did not feel rushed when asking questions nor did I feel the need to be shy about asking the most cost effective way to look at what I needed to purchase. I recommend this store purely for the friendly staff and customer service. There were also items on special as clearance items which always come in handy when you have pets.

Would be better if they opened up their car parking. It feels a little dark and un-inviting.
