Samantha was prompt and always responsive in arranging an appointment. Michael rang before coming and spent less than 30 mins fixing 2 faulty knobs on our gas stove and checked through the entire oven and stove to ensure no slow gas leak will still happening. Also, a few months ago GSAS fixed a leaking dishwasher and no problems ever since!

Jennifer and Steve from Greater Sydney Appliances were both excellent. I rang the highly efficient Jennifer on Thursday and friendly Steve and his assistant were here on Friday morning to sort out my issue. Can't ask for better service than that can you?

Mark was courteous, punctual, and very thorough. He not only fixed my Washing machine, but he took the time to explain what the problem was and showed me photos as evidence. He put the machine back and ran a quick cycle just to ensure all was back in working order. I could not have been happier with the service, and would recommend to anyone.

I spoke to Jennifer who said they could try and fix my Belling cooker. She asked me if I'd checked if the cooker plug had fallen out. I thought my cooker was hard wired in, but said let me check just in case. Well turns out it was plugged in, the plug was in the side of a cupboard and someone (me) had accidently knocked the switch and turned it off! Jennifer seemed really nice. Thanks so much. I'll call and book a service as soon as something actually breaks.

Called GSAS and they were able to send someone within the hour because a technician was close by. My washing machine couldn't get fixed because it was well and truly dead, but I got some excellent advice about installing my spare machine and what to look for in a new one. Mark was professional and friendly.

I spoke to Jennifer on the phone in relation to a faulty Ilve microwave. She was very friendly and was happy to share common issues with microwaves and the cost of components from similar repairs. Their technician (Mark) then paid a visit and he was equally pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately it wasn't viable to fix the microwave, however, Mark was kind enough to take it off my hands and responsibly dispose of it which saved me the hassle. Thank you Jennifer and Mark for your warm disposition and professionalism.

Our dishwasher was fixed this week by 1 of their specialists but there were some loose connections left which caused the water leakage. I contacted the customer service this morning and got the response from the team that they won't be able to fix the issue until end of the week though it was their mistake. Additionally, I got the best option from the consultant over the phone that there are other options available in the home that I can use to clean the dishes. Thank you so much for letting me know which I was not aware.Zero professionalism and accountability.

GSAS provided excellent service, professionalism and responsiveness. The repairer, Sunny, kept me up to date with times and was polite, efficient and provided great repair service. The greater GSAS service team were also efficient and communicative. I would definitely have Sunny and the GSAS team back again!
