Have waited over a hour and called up to ask how far away the order was and the phone was answered with a rude “Hello” and I asked how far my order was away and was nothing but “Probs another half hour” and I said yeah righto no worries and his response was “yeah mate”Nothing but rudeness !

Busy small restaurant. Has some nice tables and seats for costumes to dine in. Food preparation is very fast. Plenty of parking in front of the shop.

Public holiday in Bowen - competitors were closed. Very friendly service - explained one of the special deals which saved a bit of $. Very tasty pizzas - whole family enjoyed.

They checked my order and said it was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later they said they forgot to make the pizza or something. I don't know if I'm going to get my pizza in (another) 10 minutes but I'm definitely going to red rooster tomorrow.Update: Pizza was great and all said and done, I got my pizza 35 minutes after ordering with some free garlic bread so it wasn't too bad.... faster than the McDonald's drive through.Update: This time it was 9 minutes from ordering to get my pizza.

I don't usually post reviews because I don't see a point, but since my family is stay in Bowen I just had to leave this review. On Tuesday night I called to get a delivery and a girl named Natalie I believe answered the phone, right off the bat she apologised if the service was slow as in store was having technical issues, then proceeded to take my order with a cheerful tone and I could practically hear her smile through the phone. Absolutely lovely service and absolutely perfect pizzas, I highly recommend if you want good food and even better service

Pizza that tasted like any other pizza from a fast food joint pizza.Only probably twice as much ingredients on these pizzas as the likes of domino’s. Will for sure change to 5 stars when someone actually listens and SHOWERS my pizza in chilli flakes, not just dabs a few flakes on there.Love you bye bye.

Went in there on Friday with my sister and we where served by the sweetest girl, I can't remember her name but I remember she had round glasses with a gold tint and the warmest smile (thank you sweetheart!), She was oh so accommodating and I've found myself hoping that she and members of the staff with her charm and positivey serve me again, she did such an amazing job even while-i assume- helping another staff member on the till.
