Arrive on Time Melton

Noel arrived on time. He was incredibly professional and worked hard to sort out the issue with the dishwasher. He spent time explaining what he was doing - incredibly knowledgable but also ready to consuult others. Conclusion - dishwasher fixed! Working a treat. I will also add the person who took my intital phone call (Alison I think) was very patient and very professional. Will definitely call Arrive on Time again.

Noel arrived on time and he was able to diagnose my dishwasher problem within a minute. He had the spare part needed in his car and he was probably in and out within 20ish minutes. He was very professional, efficient, friendly, and he did the job well. I had a great experience with Arrive on Time.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this business. Firstly, I found the repairman to be abrasive in manner (was dismissive when I tried to explain the problem I was experiencing with my dishwasher and then got cranky when I kept repeating my point). Be that as it may, the main issue was that I paid for the service but my problem was not fixed (I parted with $157 as a callout fee). He informed me that my drain pump needed to be replaced and he would call me back to let me know the cost of the part (with the installation cost covered by the $157 that I had already paid). I asked him if I could source the part myself and he said in that case he would charge me another $157 fee, which suggests to me that he was planning to inflate the cost of the pump. This was 3 weeks ago and my attempts to call, text, and email him have been met with no response. This is at best an unprofessional service and possibly plain dishonesty.

Noel was very helpful and extremely friendly. Called ahead twice to check when would work best for me. Arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed the issue with the dishwasher straight away. As well as giving me some good tips on use and maintenance. Highly recommended.

Noel was polite and professional, offering terrific insights into how to care for my dishwasher. He communicated in simple terms what had likely occurred to stop the machine working, and what his approach was to fixing it. Strongly recommended

I called to have my washing machine repaired to be told they DO NOT service my area. They do however service Melton and Melton South of which I live only 6.4klm from.... guess when you have a boundary you have a boundary. Not very helpful though and did not even offer an alternate service. Thank you for nothing Allison

Noel was on time (at the beginning of the estimated period that he said he'd arrive), identified the cause of the issue with our washing machine, rectified it and provided helpful information and tips on how to avoid future issues arising. Whilst I hope I don't need Noel's assistance any time soon, his professionalism and speedy problem solving mean that he'll be the first person I'll call if this, or any other appliance issue, arise in the future. Superb service! Noel arrived early and called twice before to inform me about it. When they arrived it took them not even 10 seconds to identify the issue just by listening to the appliance. Another 20 seconds and all was fixed. It was more of a plumbing issue than faulty dishwasher not caused by us but by whoever originally installed the appliance. Noel made sure this blockage won’t happen ever again. Thank you. All the best!
