worst Maccas I have been to. burger was greasy, chips greasy, customers who were served after us received their order before us. ( waited over 10 mins for order) grandkids went into play area came out scared as older teenage boys frightened them

Ordered a large fries. Not only were they cold but there wasn't a large amount of fries to be had. The service at all major fast food outlets has become a joke. Toilets are always a mess. I won't lie, If you have to go to the toilet you're best off using the parents room as it's the cleanest one available. Ordering in store is like going to emergency at a hospital. I swear they triage your order. Drive thru gets preference over ordering in store. Yes I'm giving this part McDonald's a bash but honestly it's well deserved. If you don't believe then please by all means test it out for yourself.

Drive though service was awful, the order was confused at the first window, and when we asked to pay for the extra burger that was missed the girl at the window was very rude and told us to move on. We were in a convoy of cars and she didn’t realise it was family in the car behind the girl started to tell my sister that we were trying to steal food from the drive through.

Imagine having the mental capacity of a corn kernel to assemble a burger like this? Just slap it together, wrong patty, and also ordered a cheese burger with no patty and they still couldn't get it right. Also had to wait ages in the parking lot for them to bring out our food. Have already been in contact with the reviews team. Pull your socks up guys and get it together... disgraceful.

I'm so heartily sick and tired of trying to use either McCafe in store and it's never open or available! Is this no longer operating in McDonald's?Also tried more times than I can count and in various stores across Queensland, to purchase a sugar free frozen drink, yet to have the first one!I have been given many different variations of excuses and stories regarding both issues.Would be great to hear the true one.

Stopped in to grab a sausage egg muffin on the way to work.No other cars in the drive through but after waiting 10 minutes for my order I decided to leave rather than be late for work.Terrible service. Definitely not fast food.

Although the customer service is always great we are sick of driving to this Maccas on a warm day/evening only to be told our machine for ice-cream and thick shakes is NOT working, maybe it’s time to buy a NEW ONE!!!! I will be posting a review every time this happens from now.
