No one showed up for my car detail service, and when I emailed the company they had no record of the booking, and they asked where I had booked the appointment. I sent screenshots of all my booking confirmation emails as proof. I called their number twice and it went straight to voicemail. Sent a message via track my booking and still nothing… awful customer service and incompetent administration staff. I will choose a more reliable company in the future.
