Programmed Health Professionals

Hello, current AIN staff member here. I have been working under Programmed for 6 months now. Firstly, the company itself is very accomodating, you can pick the days/shift times/locations you want to work at through the online system. Programmed are very flexible with shifts and the staff have been lovely over the phone. However, recently there are just not enough shifts available anymore. There’s no more weekend shifts, IF there’s one that pops up, as soon as you book it it’s cancelled. I haven’t seen any PM shifts available for the last week either at a certain hospital I usually work at. The pay is on the lower end compared to other agencies. The polo shirts look unprofessional compared to the other nursing agencies and they STINK during a shift because of the polyester material. P.S I am using a different email address but I am definitely a staff member.
