Bowen Holiday Park

We stayed during the weekend and the facilities haven’t been cleaned once. You could smell the male urinal from outside the toilets. Dead bugs and gecko droppings all over the amenities. The grass hasn’t been mowed. They also put us in between two caravans despite the caravan park being empty. Definitely not worth $38 per night! If they lower the standards during low season, they should also lower the prices.

At arrival we were surprised at the presentation of the park very well maintained and managers were very helpful and friendly.The powered site was enormous for our camper which enabled us to spread out.Very quiet the 3 nights we stayed and really enjoyed the stay. Amenities were very clean for the age of them and laundry facilities catered for your every needs.Enjoyed the hikes and tourist attractions of Bowen.Unfortunately the pool was a bit too cold for us oldies, was a great size and the families staying enjoyed it.We would definitely recommend this park and will stay again.

This has to be one of the best caravan parks I’ve stayed. The sites are huge and spacious. You’re not crammed in like sardines.The management are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The amenities are very clean. Will definitely be back here.

Accommodated for us checking in after hours after a long day travelling and choosing a place last minute to set up and sleep. Toilets super clean and place was well kept and quiet. Lots of traffic noise but felt safe and fellow campers were quiet.

Nice and quite camp ground. Pool is great for kids. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms could be cleaner. All in one 4 ⭐️

Love this park!Spacious, kids can ride their bikes and scooters.Huge washing area and dryer, under cover and open.Showers and toilets are like a so open and not cramped in.EVERYTHING IS CLEAN. Something we have found missing in Queensland.Furbaby friendly and great sized blocks with back sections closed in for their protection..

Generous sites, amenities were spotlessly cleaned. Great check in experience. Grounds very dry, needed a good water.Only issue was....Please don't replace large mobile bins outside amenities block the stink of fish. Should have been cleaned out prior to replacing the other non stinky bin.Enjoyed our stay here.

09. Jan. 2023: Large and well organized park with good infrastructure. Water and power. A beautiful and child-friendly pool at the reception. Relatively little shade, which could be improved.The small kiosk is very small!Free wifee only nearst the reception.Friendly place.
