This must be worst agent in Australia.They can hold your bonds for up to two months,Please don't email or call their manager Tim, he'll just waste your time. It's ridiculous that an agent needs proof of a bond receipt from the tenant so their accountant can return the bond to the tenant.If you wanna waste your time and money ,this place should be a good choice

DreamSmart took over the property management of our rental. Hand on heart I can say Jolene from DreamSmart was the most professional, kind and thorough person I have ever meet in the industry. My husband and I have had rentals for over 10 years, and never had we experienced such professionalism. Jolene spent much of her own time sorting out a financial mess she need not have inherited. I can not speak more highly of Jolene. If you choose to have her on your team, you can be assured your rental/ home is in great hands. To sum up, DreamSmart always had statements, monies etc in on time and accurate. Communication was easy and not once did I have an issue with miss communication or jobs not being followed through. I feel fortunate to have had them as our property manager.

I had the most disappointing real estate agent experience with Belinda from professionals real estate among all other real estate agents in Darwin. She was not cooperative and underestimated the client. She was very rude and utterly arrogant throughout the communication which actually showed her lack of respect and professionalism while treating clients. She was even failing to provide explicit information to the client. I would never ever recommend this real estate agent to anyone.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience. First home buyer, provided my offer, accepted next day. BT communicated so well throughout the process and made sure seller and myself were both sooooo happy. 100% will use Professionals moving forward. Whether you are selling or buying, they are so down to earth and really care about getting the best for both parties.

Will never use their services again. 6 months no sale with Todd Trainer. He would have to be the most incompetent real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Cannot return phone calls ,was rude and arrogant towards my wife and was just a clown to deal with. We moved over to acacia real estate and they had 3 offers in 3 weeks and sold for 10000 more than Todd wanted us to reduce the price to. Clown show of the highest order.
