When I went to see Dr Jennifer, she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain to me how I can look after not just my teeth but my health. She referred me to all the appropriate doctors to improve my quality of life by getting my health back on track.She spent 2 hours with me explaining how my teeth got to this state it's in and outlined all the options I had to fix them. She also showed me how continue to look after my teeth to prevent future issues. Dr Jen genuinely cares and it shows. She never made me feel bad either.We have since started treatment and the whole team makes me feel so safe. She is gentle and reinforces that I am in control of the appointment. I can take a break whenever I feel overwhelmed. I still have many appointments left but I am sure that once we complete the plan, I will definitely come back.I already feel so much more confident. Wish I had come sooner!

I chipped my tooth just before attending a wedding and Palm Beach were wonderful about getting me in and sorting me out quickly. Jen took great care of me and was really lovely. Will definitely be back for my regular check ups

I required some major dental work to be performed and decided to use Palm Beach Pure Smiles after several consultations with Dr Shao, as Dr Shao listened very carefully to me then patiently and calmly explained my available options, ensuring I felt completely at ease and comfortable with all the work to be carried out in what was to be a fairly complex and technical procedure.The procedure was staged over several months and throughout this time I found the staff to all be professional yet approachable and it also became clear that a lot of thought and effort had gone into ensuring the overall experience was made as pleasant and comfortable as possible.Dr Shao has proved himself to be a highly skilled and gifted dental surgeon with a clear commitment to excellence and genuine care for his patients. Best dentist ever. Dr Tom is amazing - he is extremely competent, absolutely meticulous (uses a microscope!) as well as caring and kind. He has easily fixed things that other dentists had told me were going to be a big drama or impossible to fix. I would - and do - happily recommend him to anyone.

Pure Smiles - Jen did an awesome job on my teeth. I had an emergency over xmas break when my regular dentist was closed. One of my front teeth broke and i required a crown, Jen put in a temp tooth and the the crown was perfect and completed within 2 weeks. I also had other work done which was completed over the past few weeks in a very friendly and profesional manner. Great job and i can definately recommend Jen and the Pure Smiles team

I thought this place was absolutely amazing at my first visit, so I came back for my first check up and clean. After a half hour delay with my appointment, they charged me $400 for a 15 minute visit. Even with inflation that is way too much.

After avoiding the dentist for the best part of 15 years due to extreme anxiety my tooth ache was so severe on Boxing day I called a few places and by miracle Dr Tom answered. He booked me in the very next day and talked me through every step and made me feel as relaxed as possible! The care and treatment with a person as nervous as me was absolutely amazing and I am super thankful to all involved at Palm Beach Pure Smiles! I cannot recommend this place enough and have already done so to some family and friends! Thanks again!

I had to wait 6 weeks for my crown . My teeth have moved so badly . Having a temporary crown in for 6 weeks is unheard of.The dentist was arrogant and condescending.I will never go back.

Always a pleasant experience with all staff very friendly. Dr Shao is professional in his craft and always goes above and beyond for his patients. All appointments I've had, have been all great and positive, and happy with the dental work that has been done.
