Bluetongues were in an enclosure that wasn't great for ground dwelling animals and couldn't get close to the uv light. The staff were somewhat knowledgeable, and somewhat helpful.

Great staff, good advice, service is excellent. If you don't mind waiting a week for the wholesale orders to come in I found the pricing better than ordering online, for my freshwater shrimp. I will be ordering all of my aquarium products from reptiles Inc.

Great service every time we go to Kambah from the lady who serves us, Sarah I think? She is always super knowledgable and friendly. If you are going to get into reptiles go here, avoid the big chain stores, they cost more and know less. Sarah fixed up our little bootsy's mouth infection, no fuss, no charge. Thanks.

What a phenomenal experience! I was looking to buy my first Children's Python and Alex walked me through everything top to tail. He's been super helpful in identifying all the equipment and running through care etc. Im so excited and thankful for such a great experience, I'll be returning for all my reptile needs for my python and highly encourage anyone considering keeping a reptile as a pet to head to Kambah Reptiles Inc!!
