Stay away. Brought a landcruiser from them. Full of bog and painted over. Cracked diff. Had the car a year and now paying thousands to rebuild wheel wells. Quality toyota car???don't think. just a endless list of things wrong.for a 50 thousand dollar car. They hide everything. People like this give car yards a bad name. Just so dishonest. Alway trusted Toyota until now. Not worth the risk just buy somewhere else. Just gets worse. So disappointing and feel so ripped off.

Purchased a new Landcruiser end of March 2021, Car is still under Warranty, the Battery has died which is also still under warranty, I took the vehicle into Big Rock and the service advisors were not aware that the battery has a 2 year warranty from date of Purchase. I was told that they had performed a battery check and that the issue was not the battery but my dash cam, and as it was after market they would not look at it. I took the dash cam to the manufacturer who adjusted the settings but the battery continued to go flat. I have now disconnected the dash cam and you guessed it, the battery continues to go flat. I have had two Auto Electricians check the car out and both have stated in writing that the issue is the battery. I phoned Big Rock and was told by the service Manager that I must have taken the car to a different dealer as he couldn't find my details, he then said they would check the battery at my expense even though it is under warranty which he wanted to dispute. I sent an email to the Manager of Big Rock but surprise surprise got no response. Sadly this company is only interested in selling vehicles and not attending to problems, as the Service Manager can't even find my name or car details on their files you have to wonder if they are competent to even check a battery. To say I am not happy would be an understatement.

We purchased a car from Big Rock Toyota and our sales consultant was Jordan.I had been to many and had called around a lot of Toyota dealerships to see if they had the car we were wanting in stock. Big rock had 3 different models to choose from and I was placed through to Jordan. He was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. His service was fantastic making sure he went over all the details of the car not only when we went to test drive it but in more detail on the day of pick up.Would definitely recommend purchasing a Toyota through Jordan.

Purchased a new car in mid 2020, sales is great…. service not so much, instead of bringing a solution to the table for an issue with my car, right off the bat they are more interested in disputing warranty coming up with ridiculous excuses, when their excuse is questioned they will come up with another excuse, even when I haven’t hinted at warranty yet.At the end of the day I just wanted my car in a reliable state warranty or no warranty, and I did not walk out of the door with that.

Thanks so much to Rob who found us a brand new 2023 prado gxl. When speaking to other Toyota's and other car dealerships the last 2 months, no one would give us the time of day due to 12-18 month wait times and new face lift for the 2024 models. Rob was the only person from Toyota NOR to speak with me. He rang me back after 2 hours of our conversation and had found me the exact car I wanted due to a cancellation.
