Flight Centre Balwyn

Jess was super helpful in planning my trip to Vietnam. She has helped me with two trips there, finding the cheapest and most direct flights with an airline that would still be comfortable. She made getting travel insurance a breeze and helped with organising travel visas and transport from the airport to hotel. Not only that but when we had issues with the airlines changing flights she sorted everything from her end so we didn't have to worry. I definitely recommend Jess and her team for anyones holidays and will definitely be booking through them again.

Samantha was so lovely and helpful when it came to planning my recent trip. She was able to help me plan the trip of a lifetime and I wouldn't have been able to do this alone! The rest of the team was also very welcoming and kind. I will certainly be using Sam for my future trips!

Well-deserved 5-star rating for this branch at Balwyn. So glad that I called this branch (after many hours of wait on the phone to MSC cruise customer service). The phone call was promptly answered by the very pleasant Sam, an amazing professional who genuinely care and did exactly what she planned to do to assist me. On the next day, an hour prior to our appointment, Sam had already planned ahead, she called & waited for MSC to pick up the call. Finally, when I arrived, Sam managed to get through the phone line and was finally picked up by MSC and she sorted out the things that needed to be amended for me very efficiently (due to error from MSC staff). Feel so blessed to have Sam, she is a true gem, she deserves more than 5-stars ! Thank you again, Sam and to Flight Centre, Sam is indeed a brilliant gem and her customer care is top-notch (pls take good care of her !).

We were very pleased with the services provided by Flight Centre Balwyn and the professionalism and understanding demonstrated by Xander and the staff.On our recent visit to Melbourne from Canada, our itinerary was altered two different times by our provider. In both cases and despite not being prior customers, Xander provided immediate assistance in cancelling and rebooking our hotel and flights home, from different cities. Due to his assistance, efforts, and understanding, we were able to concentrate on thoroughly enjoying our vacation in Australia.

We booked our honeymoon with Madison - she did a fantastic job booking a complex itinerary with great deals on flights and accommodation. She also identified wonderful deals with sightseeing activities. It should be a memorable trip thanks to Madison's excellent customer service.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with flight centre Balwyn. Tried to book a Croatia sail through the company “Sail Croatia” as my friend and I had heard a slightly older crowd tended to book with them. We were lied to and told that Sail Croatia was owned by busabout, upon arriving for the tour we were told these two companies are no affiliated with one another at all. We ended up having a horrible week surrounded by people much younger than us. Definitely do not book with Alyssa Courts, she is the one that caused us all this trouble. She advised us she would speak to her manager but never got back to us, when I inquired again she responded very defensively and would not admit fault.

Madison Buckley Schaumberg from the Balwyn Flight Centre store assisted me with booking my holiday to Vietnam and was incredibly helpful. Madi took all the pain out of organising a holiday and found us the best options for both flights and insurance. Madi was so friendly throughout the whole process and even assisted me with my online flight check-in late at night when I got stuck. Everything ran smoothly on our holiday and we cannot recommend Madi enough to all of our friends and family!
