Horrible experience. Took my car in for the first time and clearly stated please let me know of any issues before doing anything on the car as I have had bad experience with mechanics in the past and trusting them. They were meant to re-gas my aircon so it was abit colder then it already was. I pick my car up to find out they couldn't re gas it and that the whole system needed replacing for 2k. I drove away saying I will get it fixed next week . Then as I'm driving away my air con wasn't working at all and only hot air. I called them to ask why this is and they said they had to disconnect the whole system for legal reasons. apparently they forgot to tell me they had to do this so I drove down in hot weather to my mother's funeral extremely angry that they have disconnected my air con and charged me a 2k bill to get it fixed. I would not reccomend these guys as they are clearly about making the top money from you. Reading previous reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one that has bren charged ridiculous amounts that didn't need to be this way.

I recently purchased a new battery from here over the phone and picked it up at the end of the day. Jess was really helpful and friendly. In fact she really made my day just by being cheerful and her genuine nothing is too much trouble attitude. Good old fashioned customer service.

Carl and staff bent over backwards for us. We had a breakdown and the team fitted our car in and fixed it. Very impressed.

I have had trouble with wheel alignment since first purchasing my Navara NP300 my18, Karl was able to recognise the problem that had been an ongoing dispute between myself and Nissan Australia. His team was able to order and fit the part in a timely manner and have completely resolved the issue without further delay or cost. Well done K&M team!! Thank you!! Also great job fitting the new snorkel, I absolutely love it..

Fantastic job and excellent service. Broke down in very remote location while on holiday & road trip on NYE arvo 2022/23. K & M /RACV depot somehow managed to perform a miracle & turned up in a few hours with tow truck to pick up my car some how managed to find and drop off a hire car on NYE on this remote dirt road so we could get back to our holiday accom/road-trip. When I called in 2 days on 3 Jan when they reopened to ask about repairs so I could continue my road trip and get to my next booked destination, they pulled out all stops to get my car on the road that day despite being very busy. Fantastic effort!!!!

Ran into a bit of trouble up Tolmie way - remember to pack the high lift jack next time!These guys got up to me pretty quick, swapped over the wheel and had a great chat while doing so!If not for their help I wouldn’t have put this stag on the ground!

All round *Excellent*!This is a team of excellent 4x4 mechanics & apprentices. Everything from towing us, fitting us in the next day, identifying our issue, fixing previous mechanics’ issues for us, and further alerting us to another issue - we were broken down to back on the road within 36 hours. A huge Thankyou to the team - highly recommended

Very disappointed. I booked my car in after checking they would be able to disconnect the car alarm as it was going of intermittently. I reminded them when I dropped it off, but they tried to diagnose why it was going off, which they were not able to do. So because they were unable to diagnose the issue or actually do the job I asked them to do they billed me $264 for the privilege of them doing something I didn't ask for. If they had listened to what I said they would have been able to tell me before I brought the car in that the would not be able to fix it. I spoke to the manager who would not acknowledge any.mistake on their part. Very disappointed, I would not take a car here, I would not trust them.

Highly recommend these guys. Had my car towed in because of an overheating issue while on my way out camping for the weekend. Was looked at first thing Monday morning. Once parts arrived, by Tuesday afternoon I was on my way home. Also fixed my air con while they were at it. Very reasonable all round.
