My 2 stars are for the pharmacist. She is helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. As for the staff it's very hit and miss. Polite helpfull and empathetic one day and openly rude the next visit. I am a repeat customer buying scripts and products, it makes zero difference with their customer service. I have thought long and hard about this review, please Chemist Outlet, lift your game.

Been going there 6 years and the male pharmacist who I have never seen before comes up with a new policy and laughs in regards to withholding medication. Do not recommend.

Staff at chemist outlook have always been kind n very helpful. When I questioned the cost of my private prescription, the chemist helped me out n I breathed a huge sigh of relief as it is very expensive. Thankyou Chemist Outlet

Not cheap at all and they Refuse to pricematch their competitors. Tried to Pricematch baby formula with Better Value Chemists - refused. Tried to Pricematch baby bottles with Chemist Warehouse - also refused. Now I just go Chemist Warehouse instead.

Second rude experience of being ignored over other customers very obviously too, starting to realise this chemists number one priority are the elderly not young families with children. Spoke to local families and they too have had this experience if being ignored and unwanted, disappointing.

Everyone are very helpful & courteous I have been visiting every month for scripts to be filled & if I need something else I brouse till I find it or the girls tell me where to find.
