Australia Post - Kilmore LPO

Great post office and helpful and friendly staff. I use them often for business and personal freight. Staff cop very unfair abuse at times for issues that are completely out of their control and still remain polite. Top job

Initially, I thought I was the only one having to deal with a rude, arrogant and aggressive post officer in Klimore PO, but I can see that it is common behaviour, rather than an exemption. I feel for customers that can’t choose where to go, as some matters have to be dealt with in Kilmore only. And BTW, if he’s reading this rating/review, just wanted to let him know, that another post office was happy to accept our application with no hesitation (as I said to you, you are there not to make decisions but to process applications and take payments). Their office was busier then yours and yet we didn’t have to book an appointment like with you and waste a day of work. Your loss was someone else’s gain but wishing you good luck, you gonna need plenty of it.

Unfortunately after moving to Kilmore after a year , decided would rather travel to unother post office just to not deal with the owner

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. We have had a Post Box service with Kilmore PO for over 30 years and have dealt with a succession of owner operators. I have found the present management to be efficient, hardworking and courteous. I have never had a problem with their management of parcels, and all of my parcels have been logged and scanned on receipt across counter. I think it may be a case of the many satisfied customers not bothering to leave feedback, so here is my 5 star review.

25 people lined up waiting for service with one person on the counter. LPO proprietor not capable of prioritising. Putting stamps on envelopes leaving poor staff member to deal with the ever growing number of irate customers many waiting 40 minutes just to get in the door. Please think about customer service.

Called up about a damaged item that was sent from this post office and was seeking advice and I was basically hung up on - really disappointing considering how often I attend this Post Office for work matters. Do better!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, refuse to deliver to our street, I have to go in on a saturday morning to collect my mail. When I questioned them about this, they told me we cant deliver until 6 people are in the street". Street has only one vacant block. When I had to again go and do their job for them

Been going to this post office for years and not once have i had an issue with the staff, they are always so helpful and ready to answer any questions. I personally believe the reviews of this post office are absolutely false and looks more like the town trying to run out the new owners by getting family and friends to make bad reviews, you guys should all be ashamed of yourselves i go to this post office almost daily and the worst behavior i have seen is from the customers not the owners, which ive personally witnessed on many separate occasions.My respect and heart goes out to Richard and his team members for the constant abuse they cop on a daily basis.Great job guys keep up the outstanding work!!! Would give you 100 stars if i could!!

I NEVER leave bad reviews for businesses as I am aware we all have our off days, but this warrants the feedback I am about to spill on this place. I have never witnessed and experienced such rude and bad behaviour from Management than I have since having to deal with this outlet. They are aggressive, have absolutely no warmth or customer service skills and I have witnessed them gaslight customers on several occasions due to a mistake that they have made but will not take responsibility for. Let's be honest, if it wasn't an essential service, their doors would have been shut a long time ago.

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Visited 4 times and guy didn’t even wanted to look at my application form. Reported Australia post office customer service and lodged complaint they advised and made appointment at Wallan post office and Wallan LPO successfully lodged my application without any issue. Very disappointed with the person on counter but girls are very helpful. Hopefully AUSTRALIA POST will look into matter and provide training to the person as required.
