Great store with huge range and really helpful staff. Their range of quality winter apparel is unbelievable and the team are keen to help out. Awesome range of fishing and boating gear upstairs too. They also offer free line spooling. Walk in, walk out ready to hit the water.

Big thank you to Oscar: 10/10 for customer service, which I really appreciated as a don't B, C or F, I just wanted a new reusable coffee cup and water bottle. He was super helpful even let me go out to my car (supervised, of course) to see if the coffee cup would fit in the cup holder!! And when I wanted to exchange the coffee cup because I noticed it had a small dent when I got home he was great about it. So nice to get some help when you're feeling like a fish out of water (pun intended).

We had an issue with an air mattress that we purchased just over a year ago. We took it back to the store to exchange it - Rob (the manager) was super friendly, accommodating and an all around great bloke. He went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after. Thanks Rob!

Store is feakin huge. A big change to the Epping store that used to be my local.Put in an click and collect and picked it up at 5:15pm on a Monday and the staff were nice and friendly. Happy to have a chat.This is definitely going to be my new go to local store. Already have a shopping basket of stuff to click and collect tomorrow.

Went to the vip night last night and must say it was a brilliant evening and well outside my expectations. Great food, more than could be eaten plus vouchers, jacket, and a individual set aside gift pack worth a packet.I grabbed a good few things and lobed the amount of gear in the store.Also had a chat to a few of the guys, you could tell the ones that were from Queensland, obviously it's a good life up there, half their luck.So well done guys, what a bloody great event for guys that frequent your shop probably more than our wives realise.It will buy you more brand loyalty from myself and anyone I speak to

Honest and proper customer service at this branch. Wed 28/6/23 had a 4Kg gas bottle that I thought was close to empty but the staff showed me it was fairly full. Could have easily have charged naive me by 'filling it' but instead gave me honest service and educated me. Will be my 'go to' branch in future. Well done and thanks to the staff (from their front office to their back office).

Went in wet Saturday morning virtually no customers and 3 staff behind the counter (with no customers), asked for particular products and told “I guess” it’s up over there. Rubbish service, how about not guessing and sending me on a goose chase, but find out exactly where the stock is or better still show me.
