The staff are very hospitable & the person I dealt with was knowledgeable & upfront with costs & with what could be done with replacing my screen.He took my deposit, issued receipts and will try & have it ready in a week's time as they have to order the Oppo screen.Highly recommended, 1st class.

Just got my brand new iPhone 13 pro today, straight way come to PTC for protection. Good price for phone case and they also gave me a free gift! these ppl always being so informative for phones and accessories. Great service!! I will definitely come back!!!

I had purchased the battery replacement and LCD replacement on August. And starting this month the screen starts to lift up and it had been completely came out from phone. And i went to shop to have warranty thing and just glued it and rubber on them. Left it til night but it is still came up. Sent email to support team but no replied at all til now which had been passed a week. Don’t want to waste time to be in their shop again and went to other shop to do it and they said there was some missed bolts and they didn’t glue the side of the phone before they put the screen on.Hope it won’t be have this kind of issue with other people please.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The two junior staff members told me I could have my Apple Watch screen replaced under warranty as it was less than a year old and completely lifting and cracking. After agreeing to this and picking the watch up, the supervisor then chased me through the plaza asking me to return to the store - where she demanded I pay for the screen protector. When I explained the junior staff said there would be no charge she became aggressive and started shouting at the junior staff, the young girl looked as though she was about to burst into tears. The male staff member then began asking my ten year old son to convince me to pay for the screen protector and offered him a marvel themed charger for free for the grievance. Upon explaining I didn’t want a free gift and didn’t appreciate his bribing of my young son - I merely wanted to screen protector they had already attached to my watch as a free replacement, as was prior agreed on. Then, the supervisor began threatening the younger staff telling them that this was going to come out of their pay. After arguing for over half an hour, I accepted the woman’s offer for 50% off the screen protector as I couldn’t bare to stand there and watch her speak down to her staff any longer. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience. AVOID

They sold me a phone case life proof otter box which has a massive design flaw unlike previous models for the iPhone the latest one for iPhone 14 you are basically unable to hear anyone or they hear you. When asking for a refund they refuse to give it even though they have the ACC refund policy on display and refuse to follow the laws they are full knowing of. The design is defective and in no way would be repaired or a replacement be any different

They also provide on the spot, or while you shop phone repairs, specialising in screen repairs and replacement. Nice staff who are happy to advise.
