I have had numerous problems with my computer over the past few years its been to many repaires until I met Mat from ByteOn Computer Services. Ran the guy up and he arranged to come and fix the computer up the next day. Matt arrived on time and spent a few hours fixing my computer. He wasnt happy with the overall preformance and decided to take it back to his workshop. Three days later he rang to say the Computer was fixed and he has it running well. On its return I was plesently suprised at how the computer was running. Matt you did a great job on the computer fixing it and I was plesently supprise that it didnt cost the earth like I was quoted by another company. You got my work anytime and I spread the word Byteon are the Computer repairers to use on the Peninsula. Thanks for repairing my computer it hasnt worked better since I bought it Thanks again

Best customer service I've experienced on the Peninsula. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the Mac, what he recommended and discussed all the alternative options available. Like getting your car fixed, often computer issues and resolutions need to be explained in lay terms and then given a recommendation based on your individual requirements and limitations.
