Let me first say that i am a DIYer at home. i do my own carpet cleans by renting rug doctor from bunnings or wollie's, and i fix stuff around my house. i'm also a qualified mechanic. i'm the new tenant of a rental property in Melbourne, the previous tenant got this company to do an end of lease cleaning as seen in the pictures. I went for an inspection and boy was i surprised. AUD300 for end of lease cleaning and the place looks like my 5 year old niece cleaned it. Dusty table tops floors that were clearly not steam cleaned. (FYI: carpet clean takes about a week for the carpet to dry fully out and even then its still a little damp). toilet was still full of hair. Called them up and complained to the owner and they told me this company did the cleans. Came back for a second round of clean, brought a rag wiped a few tables vacuumed 1 room and left. If you want your bond back, don't use them.

I was looking for a bond back cleaning services in particular and found you guys. Some one from my circle also referred you to me. Now, I know why. Totally professional and cooperative staff. You made the whole process look very easy. Definitely trying you again next time.

This company is also known as Sunrise Cleaning Group. Organised an End of Lease Clean $499 which was unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Definitely not worth the $499!!! They come out to the property a second time for only 45min but the house and the list of things that I highlighted that were not cleaned on their first visit was still not clean. Have tried contacting them since but they are now ignoring me and my property manager and refuse to come out to carry out a thorough clean. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website which is clearly a lie. Save your money and time and hire another company. Stay away from this company as they will just ignore you. I am taking this matter further with Consumer Affairs Victoria and also with VCAT

This company was used to clean my apartment prior to moving in, upon picking up the keys from the real estate the property was in a disgusting condition, I didn't even want to begin moving my belongings in. After 12 days 2 cleaners came out to clean what should have been already done. They were given a clear and concise list and instructions.The two ladies spent less than 30 minutes and rushed out. In that half hour they were coughing, sneezing and burping. One task was to clean the window sills, the lady stood on my couch wearing shoes to do so! I'm not sure what she was doing because after looking when they left it was no different. Photos attached are after their second attendance. They used the same cloth throughout the house, from bathroom to kitchen. I almost feel like the property is more dirty after their attendance. I'm honestly so mortified that this has happened.

Wouldn’t recommend.Hired for stubborn stain removal as advertised on their website...They did tell me upon arrival that they couldn’t remove the stains so I shouldn’t have bothered I guess. They did one as a test and it came out slightly so I agreed for them to do the rest.I don’t know if they stopped trying once I said go ahead but the others didn’t show any difference after the job.Even small marks that aren’t stains remain on the carpets after whole room completed - soooo complete waste, I could’ve done a better job myself (which I do with my domestic carpet washer!)

Sunrise Carpet Cleaners are the most professional carpet cleaners we have ever used. We first used them for a pre-move in clean to regenerate carpet tiles and workstation screens to a whole floor of our corporate offices. They worked through the night to fit within our tight time frames and even came back when we had an unexpected flood caused by a plumbing accident. We have used them several times since and I recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues.

Cheap rug cleaning service, which also reflected on the quality. The person was very polite and eager to get the job done. The rug wasn’t too dirty, without major stains. Unfortunately the dirt remained and the rug doesn’t look clean. Also, there was no credit card facility available (without me being told in advance) and the person had no change at all. I ended up paying an extra $10, which is fine if viewed as a tip, however it does show some lack of professionalism.

Hired for an end of lease clean. Very bad communication. Turned up late. Place was not cleaned to a good standard at all. Very expensive, over $300 in total.Would never recommend or use them again.
