Would give 6 stars if I could. Did an incredible job on two pairs of shoes needing repairs at a very reasonable price. Will be going back for sure. Jensen is the best!

Blown away from the service I received from Jensen. I went to him to for an engraving on a bridle nameplate. After I realised it was upside down (totally my mistake for not specifying), I brought it back to Jensen to see if he could fix it. He managed to pull the stitching out, turn the nameplate around and restitch it back together, all within a couple of hours. He wouldn’t accept payment despite my insisting, even though fix was a much bigger job than the initial engraving service. Absolutely amazing customer service. Jensen, you have my business forever! Thank you!

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my car remote which had tried to solve myself. Jensen was able to quickly understand why I hadn’t fixed the issue properly and helped with the solution. He also went out of his way to assist with a particularly difficult zip on a bag and then recommended a specialist.Jensen is a great guy and I appreciated his effort and communication. I’ll head here for all my cobbler needs, even though it’s not the closest to where I live.

A real gentleman - quick service and good knowledge of his craft of keys & shoe repair.On the most recent visit; we had an unusual request ..... This has become our local repair place for shoes, watches, watch bands and bags. Colin was especially helpful in repairing my grandfather's watch and in his meticulous eye for detail. They repaired most things within the hour.Thanks for all the work over the years!

The customer service is outstanding, professional, kind, over and above helpful. Highly recommend the service and the staff. I was having trouble with my remote for keys and Jensen went over and above to help me work it all out. Not to mention the keys cut and the shoes mended.
