The Healing Practice (Claire Cleaver)

Such an incredible experience. I had a hypnotherapy session and we dove into past life regressions, it was my 2nd session and it truly was profound. I highly recommend!!

Claire is an absolutely magic maker with her hands, her knowledge of bodies and muscles, and her deep study of well-being. I cannot recommend her pre-natal massages more highly. They are becoming a bi-weekly staple in the lead up to my delivery. I've also seen her post-partum to help with the sore back/shoulders that comes with breastfeeding and carrying a little one - plus the whole post-birth body experience. She's truly wonderful and I cannot recommend her more highly.

There are a lot of massage places out there that claim more than they deliver. Funnily enough they also look the same! Thankfully, The Healing Practice does not fall into that category. The outside may look seemingly unassuming (down a small pathway beside a cupcake shop) but once I stepped inside, I felt instantly at home. It was unpretentious, cozy and smelt divine. No clinical white walls with the ocassional image thrown around to remind you of their humanity. Just love and kindness. It also had nice touches like handtowels in the bathroom.The gracious and effervescent Claire (aka owner) gave me possibly one of the best massages (lymphatic drainage) I have had in a while. Quite possibly ever. We exchanged stories about our lives which felt very human. After the massage Claire bought in some water with a lovely herbal tea. Part Mama bear, fun aunt and masseuse all rolled into one. Can't recommend Claire and her services enough x

Had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Claire and it might have just been the best massage I've had. Claire was so knowledgeable with my pain points as well, I left relaxed and full of insight. Looking forward to returning!

Absolutely amazing! I had my first pregnancy massage and it helped relieve so much tension on my body. My sleeping has been very disrupted, after the massage I slept the whole night for the first time in 6 weeks ! Thank you so much!!!

Have gone to Claire for many treatments while I was pregnant and post partum. She does a wonderful job, always makes you comfortable and is always full of knowledge and insight. The practice is always kept clean and hygienic, very relaxing vibe as soon as you step through the door. My most recent visit was for a Sheila Perez treatment, couldn’t recommend the healing practice enough, I could see results immediately after but even more so the following days. Do your self a favour and book in!

I had a great experience being treated for lymphatic drainage by Claire. Everything was just perfect. The practice is so clean and relaxing, the towels they are using are so fresh and soft. Claire is so experienced and excellent in her massages, she applies just the right pressure. She has restored my faith in this therapy as I had an unpleasant experience somewhere else.I am pleased to have found them and can comfortably recommend Claire and the healing centre services to everyone.

Wonderful lymphatic massage with Claire. I had a manual massage followed by a compression massage. Very impressed and I have booked another one……Highly recommended.
