Great service and extremely friendly staff

Service stinks!Last week my wife inquired through car sales about a used Subaru for sale there and the replies seemed quite uninterested in offering much assistance. So, on Friday I thought I would have a shot and phoned the dealership directly in the morning and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marty who again seemed somewhat disinterested. I asked Marty a few questions about the car and asked if he would be able to do a video call sometime during the day so I could see around the car. Marty said no problem and said he would call me via Whatsapp around Midday. In the meantime I asked if he could email a couple of details to my email address. So I provided both my phone number and email. 4 days later - nothing!We have now purchased the same model car elsewhere and happily paid a couple of thousand more for far superior service.
