Knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was a busy day in the store but the staff member came out to help me with my car problems and provided additional advice. I felt like I walked away with more than the product I bought. Highly recommend this place due to my positive experience.I don't know a lot about cars, so I'm grateful for staff that are knowledgeable, non judgemental (no silly questions), helpful and friendly!

I called up the store and the guy told me he can replace my Holden Cruze Globe for just $5 on top of the regular globe price....when I drove all the way to the shop the person at the till said its going to cost $10...and just said on phone the guy made a mistake and mistakes are made by humans isn't it....what about my time ?

Brother and I came in to grab a pioneer head unit aswell as other items purchased in the past. Most help staff out of every super cheap auto I have been to. The biggest recommendation would be Harley the staff member was for the most helpful and kind bloke I have ever delt with to assist me with my car, honestly the bloke deserves a pay rise given the knowledge and respect that he showed today.❤️

Had the best customer service today! Arrived when it was raining to get a replacement headlight light bulb. The 3 guys there were very friendly helpful.Zack in particular stood out in the rain to replace my front light, and after that was done I mentioned I’d come back when another day when it wasn’t raining for my backlight to be fixed too, but he also offered fix that straight away which was another 15 minutes of him in the rain.Thank you very much team! Will be back.
