The female that served me was rude (somewhat prejudice) and her customers services skills were poor. I don't recommend BCC, if they are going to allow this conduct. I will no longer be taking my kids here and I have strongly encouraged my family and friends not to spend money here.

Modern well grouped together cinema auditoriums equipped comfy seating and a good sound system. Elevator access if you don't want to manage the stairs.

Fairly tired venue. If you are going into the standard seats, it would help if you are a dwarf, or at least not tall. Bring knees pads.

So yes, the movies are expensive these days, that's a given. At least you can feel rest assured you're getting value for money at Casuarina BCC. Great engaged front of house staff. Cinemas are super clean and the seating arrangements are great if you have smaller ones - no having to shift from behind heads in front. My five stars go to the cinema but not the atrocious movie my kids sat me through - BCC can't help you there parents...

Amazing location to have cinemas. 1 of the 2 event cinemas in the entire Darwin area. It would be nice if they release 3D movies here.

I bought 5 online tickets for yesterday show and spent 100$ and they cancel yesterday show @8.30pm. because they want to go home early Because of public holiday and they did,nt gave me refund or any another tickets. They are big lier. Bad staff totally uneducated . Poor customer service. zero star from me. Waste of time and money. BIG ZEROOOOO
