I did a marketing strategy workshop with Dear Charlie Marketing followed by some website design support to start to bring my website in-line with what we covered in the workshop. We covered a huge amount of ground, spending just enough time on the basics (customer avatar, user journey etc.) to map out a really practical set of actions to transform the online presence and customer experience of my business. We managed to do an amazing number of these actions right away and I’m now clear on what I need to work on over the coming months, and how to do it. Thank you DCM - this was a great investment for my business, and good fun too!
