Do not use this companies sliding aluminium windows. They channel more water into the building than they keep out. To make it worse they simply say they’re doing what they designed to do!

The sales girl made all the correct sounds, repeated back our stipulations then did creative writing".. so I have a security screen of plastic and an installer yet to be determined! She was a sweet little thing... Pity we weren't suspicious and examine payment sheet!!! Aluminium screen... No where it says PLASTIC!! "It's not the TV advertised Security but as just secured"

I recently had a negative experience with Wideline Windows and Doors. Despite their 7-year warranty on products and services, I encountered several issues with their products. The sliding doors leading onto the alfresco area were catching on the metal and becoming stuck when attempting to close fully. There was also a noticeable bend and crack forming on both sides of the metal frame. Additionally, the plastic on the sliding door lock had snapped off and needed replacing. Lastly, one of the locks on the sliding windows could not be fully closed into the ‘lock’ position. I submitted a warranty claim for these issues but was disappointed to receive a response from Wideline stating that these claims were not covered by their 7-year warranty because they were related to moving parts, which are only covered for a 12-month warranty period. However, one of the issues I reported (the bend and crack forming on both sides of the metal frame) is not related to a moving part and should be covered by the 7-year warranty. Despite my further attempts to contact Wideline Windows to resolve this issue, they have not responded. I believe that Wideline Windows is not fulfilling their obligations under the warranty and am disappointed with my experience with them.

These guys keep stock of spare parts for all the doors they have ever made over the last 40+ years. This was great for when I needed to update the rollers and lock on my 30 year old wideline glass door. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend them based on my experience!

Shoddy Workmanship and terrible service. Every single window they delivered had a defect! And then it is taken weeks for them to agree to replace them, we are still waiting. Poor communication and zero interest in the customer.

The windows were 4 weeks late, took 4 times to deliver them as damaged beyond a joke each time, when going to install every window was a fairly different size to what we ordered so builder had to re frame to suit, the quality is a joke. Rang the so called manager to come out and see the windows first hand and he blocked my number, absolute farce of a process, no one should buy through these guys, has cost me twice the value in the windows with the delays and having to do everything twice because of there incompetence and horrible quality of the product

I had a broken window catch and door lock on my windows that must be over 25 years old, I was not expecting to be able to get them fixed and was bracing myself for having to replace the window or door assembly. Fortunately Wideline have replacement parts for old windows and doors and they supplied me with the parts and detailed instructions on how to replace them myself. And to top it off Steph from wideline sent a follow up email to ensure everything was working correctly, that's what I call customer service !

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. It took them 16 months and so much stress for them to fix their defective window. Their customer service is non existent, and their products are far from quality. Wish I had of read all the reviews before using them. Never again.

Avoid this company like the plague ,First set of doors came after 8 weeks wait our trade installed and the doors were buckled and warped ,covered in glue and joins didnt match up ,sales rep came out and agreed the workmanship was average at best ,replaced door and waited another month for them to arrive, defective again ,covered in blood from where it looked like the manufacturer has cut themselves and again joins didn't line up,another rep came out and quote stated yeah not surprised I'm sick of coming out to inspect our defective products "
