I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My neighbour is moving out, they had parked me in on 3 sides so that I couldn’t move my car at all. Interactions were, unfortunately, not pleasant. I let them know I needed to leave beforehand. When I came out to leave, one of the removalists said “oh you want to leave NOW, do you?” - unnecessary attitude, seeing as they’d parked me in illegally. Then I heard the same guy call me a derogatory term to one of the guys he was working with. Not professional at all.

Quite possibly the worst team of removalists in history. A one-star rating doesn't seem appropriate. I need a negative scale. After the Allied driver/team leader incorrectly loaded a fridge that was a contract inclusion, despite being told otherwise, he refused to unload it and suggested that I move it back home myself after they unload at the other end.After abusing me for offering to unload it from the truck myself, they reluctantly unloaded the fridge.They caused damage to our guttering and bed as a result of lowering it over our verandah. When I was asked to sign the job sheet, including the damage waiver, I refused. The helpful advice was to just get a ladder and fix it yourself." I was then told that "if you ever want to move again

I would highly recommend Allied Removals. The team who worked on our removal were professional, responsive, hard working and very pleasant. We’ve moved many times in our 46 years of marriage and never once had such a professional job from a removal company. Thank you to Narelle, Evangeline, Mel, Scott, James & Jaz.

My husband and I moved from Sydney toCairns last week using Allied. The move waseffortless, efficient and stress free.Communication was excellent.Aaron and Ricky loaded the truck in Sydney(even adding extra protection to some piecesof furniture) and Brad, Dylan & Andrewunloaded the truck in Cairns (taking offprotective coverings and taking with them).They were all very professional and knew whatthey were doing - treating our possessionswith care and very respectful to us.We highly recommend Allied and will definitelyuse them again when needed.Brenda & Peter

I moved my stuff from Sydney to Perth using Allied and the whole thing was a great experience.1- I got quotes from 3 other major contractors and Allied was the cheapest one.2- Their entire team from sales to operation and crews were professional and responsive and extremely professional.3- I was amazed by the quality of their work. There was not even a small scratch on my stuff when delivered to me in Perth.4- The crews from both ends were superb and efficient.5- I strongly recommend using Allied for your next move.

Allied were the Australian partners for a UK move that we did with John Mason International. The two Brazilian guys who moved our container did an excellent job, were careful, polite and highly efficient and would recommend to others moving domestically.

Finally a business you can trust, so professional and reliable, responded to every email & call, the trio that packed the containers were unbelievable, I can’t recommend them enough for their serviceWell done.

Worst move we have ever done. Took almost 6 weeks to get all our belongings from Sydney to Gold Coast in different batches. Things are missing and we had been offered other people’s belongings. To top it off we have the worst paper stickers on every bit that was moved, it is not coming off without damaging furniture, push bikes etc. Called and emailed to find a solution but no reply. They were the most expensive company as well. The people unloading at Gold Coast were helpful and nice.Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Recently looked into quote for moving interstate. Was treated with disdain from beginning. Told it was busy time of year so would be ‘very expensive’ and offered cheaper quote if I moved three weeks earlier to the date requested which was completely unreasonable and inconvenient. Quote was $3000 more than another removalists who offered to do it in a more timely manner on the actual date requested. Felt judged the entire time she looked at my items as if my stuff wasn’t worth moving and house too messy (I am in the process of throwing things out and moving so my house is currently in a mess). Do not recommend and needless to say won’t accept their quote

We moved from Sydney to Canberra and were impressed with Allied every step of the way. The initial consultation to assess our belongings was informative and helpful, the packing was fast and easy and the unloading with a bonus putting back together our bed etc was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Allied and will be using them again.
