I’ve had Shania curl my hair a few times now, and she always does such a wonderful job. All the girls are really lovely!

Couldn’t recommend the salon enough. The girls were so accommodating, lovely atmosphere and made me feel so welcome. Overall experience from first walking Into the salon, the consultation and what I was looking for, the washing of the hair and having your head massaged and how careful and gentle they were at the basin. Having my hair blow dried and styled and the detail to make sure very thing was how I wanted it and the care that was taken.Will keep coming back and would recommend to anyone :)

I’ve been seeing Shania for almost a year now, she is so great at communicating throughout the whole process. My go to hair colour is ash brown/ blonde and I have black hair so you can imagine how difficult it would be to achieve this. However, Shania has taken care of me and my hair needs! Absolutely obsessed and would recommend this hairdresser to everyone!!

Jess and the team are absolutely AMAZING! Professional, friendly, affordable and caring . This was my first time getting a colour service here and I can say it's the best my hair has ever looked. Super helpful with product knowledge as well and such affordable prices!

I met the ladies here last week and had the amazing Jess fix up my hair. I’ve never been happier! I got drinks and snacks on arrival, showed her photos of what I was after and walked out with exactly what I wanted (after having many others attempt my dream hair). The whole process was explained to me thoroughly, she walked me through hair care and I’ll definitely be back! I didn’t realise I could have such a lovely blonde hair job. Love!

Shania at Bowe and Arrow exceeded all my expectations!! Could not recommend this salon enough. I showed a photo i was looking at for inspiration and she guided me and gave advice on what would best suit me and really personalised my experience. My hair has never felt or looked better in a blonde balayage!

I was weighing up whether to leave this review, but thought it may be useful to other patrons looking for services.The booking system is easy to use, intuitive and has all the selections available. The salon itself is positioned in a nice place, convenient to get to, easy/free/off street parking and is very well presented.Their salon is clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming.Now for the issues and reason for my 3*:Unfortunately, and partially due to my own negligence for not sending a photo in advance, they were not able to accommodate my hair colouring request of bright colours. When they say they're blonde specialists" think it means that is *only* what they do.I decided it was fine to continue

Jess is the new owner of this business this month - December 2019 and she is amazing, so any older reviews were about the previous business and don’t apply. Jess used to do my hair cut and colour at another prestigious salon for the past 18 months and I would never go to anyone else now. She has launched this new independent salon and has totally transformed the business with ultimate service and style. My blonde hair always attracts compliments for many weeks after Jess has done her magic, and my hair is always in fantastic condition. This is often difficult to achieve with other salons that perform repeated hair lightening on hair of medium-long length. Jess listens to the clients needs and uses top products, and always has the right solution. I highly recommend this salon.
