I have been going here since it 1st opened by far the best place I have been to they do my lashes waxing and nails. I highly recommend.

Awful experience unfortunately. Got shellac fingernails done, one just rubbed off later that same day. It was a 5 min job to fix, but when I went back they wanted to make me wait 45+ mins. Granted, they were busy but it was inconvenient for me to revisit for that one nail. I expected to be taken care of for something so quick that was a consequence of their faulty service.

The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. Walked in told I had to book. Left and booked 15 min later with the one person I like doing my nailsCame back and told I can't have who I want because they don't allow you to pick who you want to do your nails. But they do online. Then got told she was the boss and better than Suri. I asked her what if I'm not happy.....I then got told that she refuses to do my nails and I need to get out. Suri was busy doing lashes. At this point I was very upset. She told me not to speak to her like that and told me to get out. I have never experienced such aggression and lack of care about their customers. Needless to day will not be back. If you want to be treated like a piece of rubbish by all means go to this nail salon. No wonder their at 3.6 on their Google reviews!

All the girls here are super friendly and professional, I have been a client for a very long time (nails, eyebrows and lashes) and in the 10years I’ve been getting lash extensions this place is the best. Best to book appointment to secure a spot as they are always busy.. they recommend aftercare and always look after me very well. They also have an amazing extended business eyebrow boutique

So rude! Was once a regular customer but never again!! Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, turned up today at allotted time, waited 45mins, technician started my mani/pedi then was ordered by her boss to stop. She told me I didn’t have an appointment, as they had mistakenly booked me in for the following day. Tried to blame me for the mistake, despite her staff making the appointment. Flat out refused to continue, telling me I would need to wait 5hrs for the next available appointment. Proceeded to debate with me for 15mins, while her staff sat idle, rather than complete the mani/pedi. Won’t be returning.

As a loyal customer my mum and I had such great service over the last year or 2 it’s always friendly and always come out happy I so recommend coming here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Worst customer service!!The lady in-front of me was crying due to the extremely bad service she was getting from the nail tech Suri.It was the most uncomfortable thing to watch.Suri took over for the lady who was doing my nails and when I wasn’t happy with her service as it was the worst painting nail art I’ve ever seen. She was annoyed and started to speak in her language and the rest of the ladies were all laughing not making eye contact with me.This was my second visit and will be my last!Don’t waste your money here!

Love all the girls and the work they do on my nails. They are always friendly and I would never go anywhere else.

Been a loyal customer for 2+ years, never done a no show to any of my appointments and today I booked an appointment last minute, and got asked for deposit however my pay wasn’t about to come in for another hour, however had cash and got harassed via text regarding my deposit and when expressing I would deposit it as soon as I got my pay, they refused and cancelled my appointment and was so rude to me via text. And then had the decency to say “you’re a beautician you should understand” which no I don’t understand because if I had a pt who had been loyal to me for so long I’d understand and be patient, as I respect there loyalty over anything. Would never attend this place again considering they care more about their money then their loyalty to customers who have been loyal to them and the rudeness from the person texting me was disgusting. And would never speak to any clients or patients in the way the spoke to me. Disgusting customer service.
