I moved to the Thornlie Medical Centre a couple of years ago, and this was certainly one of the better decisions I have made. From the busy Receptionists, to the Doctors and Nurses I have seen, everyone of them has been brilliant. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.PS. The selection of music played in the waiting room is worth popping in for on it's own.

For whatever reason, when I visit Thornlie Medical Centre, I don't feel like I'm walking into a Doctor's clinic that is cold and uncaring. The lovely ladies at the reception are so kind and don't treat you like a number. This place has a warm feel about it. The Doctor is also a good communicator and listens to you. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Thornlie Medical Centre is a first-class medical practice. Although very busy, appointments run almost on time. The doctors are caring, friendly and very thorough which is greatly appreciated. Reception ladies are helpful and friendly.

My wife came in because she is pregnant and is struggling with anxiety and was hoping for a medical certificate. She was told because they didn't know her they can't do that. My wife called me balling her eyes out. Doctors are meant to help with anxiety, not cause it!

At the practice, I was treated with utmost respect as a new patient. From Reception to the Nurse to the Doctor, the conversations were professional and information communicated clearly.Both nurse and doctor took time to note medical histories and sought clarification when required.The waiting area is calm and spacious which allows patients to wait with some social distancing if preferred.Ample parking on site when I was there late afternoon.

Fantastic medical centre! Had a spot I needed checked as possible skin cancer and they got me in within hours and the doctor was so friendly and made the experience as comfortable as possible! 100% recommend

Dr Lok has looked after me a few times now and has always been super friendly, professional and thorough. The staff are also lovely to deal with. Highly recommend Dr Lok and everyone here at Thornlie Medical Centre.
