Passport photos taken here not compliant. Came here to get passport photo's taken, this took over 45 minutes just to take the photos, the staff member struggled to use the equipment, asked several other staff for assistance but still took 45 minutes to take a single photo without a shadow. I was offered a certificate to accompany it but this was all rejected when I submitted the passport application, the photos were not compliant (too small/far away) and this was a complete waste of money and time. On the second visit I made to print out one page for my application, I went to the counter to get a copy card and was completely forgotten about by the staff member helping me who went off to chat to other staff, I waited 15 minutes and their words when they saw me still waiting was oops sorry I forgot" and pulled the card out from beneath the counter in one second. Don't waste your money & time."

Very disappointed with the staff members, unprofessional and tardy with their work. We simply wanted to print out our digital ID photos.. They said the format is not compliant and urged us to retake the photos at their place so that they could make sure the size is right. We were in a rush and we did not want to retake our photos. Then we went to the self-serving photo station and put our photos in. The machine was complicated to use, we called a staff member to help us, he then called another staff member, several staff members surrounded the printing machine and they could not figure out how to print off our photos. They did not seem to know what they are doing. After all, 40 minutes had passed and we left the store with nothing. We then left the store feeling disappointed. The staffs clearly did not receive enough training to be professional enough. The staffs should be trained more and improve their awareness to provide good service to their customers.

The staff are always helpful. Sometimes the self-serve photo printer does not work but a staff member always prints them for me at no extra charge. Print and copy service efficient and helpful.This is a smaller store so does not carry all items but the website accurately shows what is in stock. The in-store staff are helpful and fast for click and collect.

Friendly staff, super quick and efficient with printing as well as click & collect. Have never had a negative experience here. Some of these reviewers seem to lack the ability to be patient every so often.

Get most of my printing work done here, and the customer service and printing service is great from everyone, especially Tales, who always does an amazing job. Will keep coming back!

Came in to take a passport photo for my baby. Not an easy experience, as an parent will attest, but staff was very patient and helpful. Photos were initially rejected (baby's clothes partially covered the chin), but the staff helped me retake the photo again. Thanks Stella!
