WARNING 31/01/2023I had 4 tyres delivered by Tyresales to be fitted by Rapid TuneI was initially told the car would take 2.50 hrsAppointment made 1.00 pm then told upon arrivalIt might be ready at 4.00 pm. I said somone had to drop me off. Response was no worries you can wait"! Got there 4.10pm I waited on site 1 Hour.I could hear the Tyres going on in the workshop.They promise a $50.00 carwash included in the service.Worst carwash of all time. Dust still on car.I had pre-paid for a wheel alignment. When I requestedThe report. Response was the machine that prints the reportIs broken. I asked am I just supposed to take your word for it that it has been done?He said yes. (Meaning I just ripped you off on the wheel alignment)It took them 4 hours to fit 4 new tyres without the wheel alignment.Girlfriend got her car done same model elsewhere with the wheel alignment report in 45 mins.I am waiting for the wheels to fall off. Do not go there. They are Incompetent... REALLY ZERO STARS."

Last week wasn’t a good one for us. Flat tyre on Tuesday then brake pad needs replacement on Friday. Lucky Rapid Tune in Hoppers is there to assist! We’re grateful that we chose RT to take the car for my flat tyre and Dennis told me to just give him the key and he’ll take care of the rest. He assured me that my car will be back on road as soon as possible. When our other car need replacement for the brake pad, first thing came in our minds is to call Rapid Tune. We know they’re busy on Saturdays but Dennis still managed to book us in. Thank you Rapid Tune for an awesome job!

They are just good ONLY for doing car service, that’s all. For specific: they are not mechanics. They don’t even know about a common issue of an Australian brand car. If you are looking for a mechanic, just don’t waste your time and money. Several times during couple of years… Always been told might be this might be that…keep spending money but the issue still there. Finally they have a mechanic who is working there even for 21 years as they said and he checked my car, tested driving, used diagnostic tools… guess what! He made me sure for changing something which has no issue to get rid of the issue but problem is still there. Finally repaired by a young cheap mechanic found on FACEBOOK MARKET for only 50$ in less than 10minutes because that was a really common issue with this specific car.

Been a couple of times via tyre sales, have had extra work completed, price to do work was very reasonable, happy to accommodate with these requests. Owner is pleasant to talk to and will help out where he can, do recommend using them.

I stopped by for my front left dipped beam light which needed replacement and Dennis was awesome. He looked at the light and got it replaced straight away without charging me a cent, since it was replacing a bulb but still had to remove the inside cap and fit the bulb. He got it done in less then 10 mins. I appreciate your help Sir. Great team. Best regards

If I had the option to give more stars I would. As a traveller from Regional NSW, I noticed I noise coming from my car. To ensure the safety of my children I dropped in to rapid tunes without an appointment to have my car look at. The were able to fit me in and have my car looked at by one of there most experienced mechanics. The service provided on such short notice was phenomenal not to mention they had me on the road in no time. The team at Rapid Tune were amazing and I strongly recommend them.

Happened to get a flat on the main road, and drove into rapid tune. Spoke to Dennis, who within seconds of the conversation said to give him the keys and he will sort it. He brought the car in and replaced my wheel with my spare immediately. When I asked how much, his response was, I’m just happy to get you back out on the road!!! What an amazing thing to do!! I highly recommend Dennis and his team, as it just proves that they are willing to go that extra mile without any hesitation.
