They organized my wedding and it was fantastic! Everything was so organized and ran so smoothly to the point where I didn't once have to stress about a single thing in the lead up to, and on my wedding day.

Tracey was amazing and her team exceeded our expectations! After being stuck with a covid wedding we moved our date and went with popup weddings, and it was the best thing we could of done. So glad we did! Everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

Tracey was spectacular. She is an absolute pro; calm and professional, dedicated to doing what it takes to have everything as we wanted it.All of her suggested suppliers which we used were outstanding as well: can’t recommend highly enough.

My Husband and I found Popup Weddings through a quick google search. The best decision was organising our entire wedding through Tracy. She was able to make the entire process easy, stress free and perfect. Leading up to the wedding Tracy organised everything according to my vision, cake, décor, photographer, makeup/hair artist, food, celebrant and so much more. On the day I was relaxed and never had a moment of stress and walked into a beautiful ceremony and reception. With all the amazing work that Tracy put in, the price also alleviated any stress. At the start of budgeting a wedding I thought we could never afford something beautiful, but Tracy's wedding packages gave us a wedding worth more than we could imagine and we will be ever thankful of our perfect wedding - we couldn't and wouldn't change a thing, including the decision to hire Tracy at PopupWeddings.

Our wedding at the cove Tasmania could not have been more perfect on Feb 24, 2022She made our visions come alive. The whole process from start to finish was an absolute breeze. Her knowledge and expertise in this industry is so impressive and she will outsource any of your wild ideas you want at your wedding. Tracey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always prompt to email or call me back and answer my million questions. Her team and vendors are experienced and a pleasure to work with. We honestly don’t know how couples get married without Tracey haha.Thankyou for creating the wedding of our dreams. Tracey met with us, and straight away knew the perfect destination for our wedding, and omg was she right! The Cove was perfection. Our Pinterest inspiration photos came alive on the day down to the small details of how we wanted our table settings and the isle flowers. The whole day was coordinated perfectly and yes we felt that wedding planning is easy (thanks Tracey)! My Partner and I booked a Wedding package, which included services from Tracey in 2019, pre-COVID. Unfortunately COVID had other plans for us as interstate travellers, and we tried for almost 2 years to make the ceremony happen! Border closures and lockdowns made the whole the thing very tiring and hard to organise. During this time Tracey was very helpful and worked hard to make a very stressful situation as easy as possible for us. She liaised and fought for us with the venue, who weren't as accommodating as we hoped they'd be with the changes we kept having to make. Unfortunately after plans going awry once again and border closures looking to become more frequent, we made the tough decision to pull out completely and cancel our Tasmanian wedding. Tracey managed to get us our money back less a $450 fee from the venue. She was so kind and supportive about the whole thing, which had her put in a whole lot of her own time.Despite the ceremony not going ahead we cannot praise Tracey and her service any higher!

Tracey is an incredible person. Planning an interstate wedding in a pandemic is no easy feat. There are so many challenges, but Tracey went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect wedding. And, it was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect - from the food, to the cake (Batter & Blooms! - so delicious), to the ceremony location, to the photographer (Astrid Simone) and videographer (Ashton, Awkard Soul Films), and to my hair and make up (Big Tease Pop-up Parlour)! My husband and I loved every moment of our micro wedding, and we are so grateful for Tracey. She is such a gem and a real treasure.

Tracey took every single stress out of organising an interstate elopement during Covid!She was amazing at every aspect! From fast replies to emails and explaining things so well, to booking photographers, makeup and organising all the tedious paperwork! On top of that, delivered such an amazing, personalised ceremony that we will remember forever! I couldn't recommend her and her services enough!!!

Tracey helped us get out of a COVID pickle and did an absolutely AMAZING job for my Grandfather’s Celebration of Life. As I was unable to attend the service, Tracey took over seamlessly and made everything appear as if she’d been involved since the beginning (she only had 10 days notice). Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran perfectly well. Everyone has raved about the service and how personable Tracey was.Tracey, our family can’t thank you enough for everything you did. Tracey was truly amazing planning our small family wedding at Cradle Mountain. It was nerve-wracking booking everything remotely from Perth, but she made it all so easy, straight-forward and stress-free. She was always available to chat on the phone, respond to emails and quick to make any changes that we wanted. All of our guests enjoyed a relaxed and well-planned day. Couldn't have asked for more!
