Co Habitat - Co-Working Space

I've been using the boardroom at Co-Habitat to run training sessions for my businesses Townsville Scoop and Nelson Street Digital. Josh always does a fantastic job at accommodating our needs, is super helpful and ensures we are comfortable. The hire prices for all of the rooms at Co- Habitat are really reasonably priced, they are easy to book and are kitted out with all of the technology that you require to run successful workshops. A wonderful work space for the lonely home office employees and self employed! I had a lovely sun lit desk and faces became familiar quickly, there is a great kitchen with snacks, open seating area for lunch breaks and the owners are lovely. Rooms for large meetings are available if you need a team gathering, this place ticks all the boxes!

I rented space at Co-Habit for a couple of months and would do it again without hesitation. For me it was a necessary alternative to working from home and provided a professional, clean, quiet, efficiently run and easy to be place to work from. The break out areas and comfy sofa's and decent coffee mean you can enjoy your own breaks here as well. Josh does a great job of seamlessly keeping everything ticking over.

We recently hired a half-conference room for a two day corporate retreat, with guests coming from Townsville, Melbourne, Brisbane and different countries in the region. From the moment I booked this venue, I was made to feel welcome, and as though no task was too difficult for Joshua and his team at Co Habitat. The space is open and fresh, the walls adorned with colourful art to get the creative spirit flowing, and the balcony space was perfect for our breaks. It is a relaxed yet professional space, where people are respectful of others working in the shared space. Everyone in the group had a great time, and everyone commented that the space was perfect for our retreat. Joshua is friendly, incredibly helpful and very responsive - he was a pleasure to work with!I highly recommend Co Habitat for your corporate event or for smaller meetings.

Such a great space!I discovered Co Habitat recently when supervising exams. Such an impressive multi functional venue with amazing staff. The venue was well presented, with everything organised, allowing us to focus on our tasks. Candidates were comfortable and able to focus in quiet surroundings. Whether you're looking for a desk to do a couple of hours work, or looking to hold meetings, workshops or a conference, check Co Habitat out. I certainly was impressed by the facilities and the adaptability of the space.

Went there for a body corporate info session, was aircond and freshly renovated. Could have had better signage as it was confusing to find where to go. Otherwise, it was very good.
