The real deal.They saved me from buying a dodgy property. The attention to detail is is prime, and their knowledge of current building standards is great as they provide additional information in the report regarding upgrade requirements to current standards (where identified).The report is comprehensive and gives you a great overview of any issues.

Mark has inspected 2 houses for us in the past few months. Both times, he adjusted his schedule so that I could show up and speak with about the house. I am glad I did. He took the time to thoroughly explain concerns to me in layman terms so I could easily understand. In addition, I felt like he was working for me and told me the hard truth about the property and the major concerns that he had. I believe that he saved us a lot of money

We have retained Mark for the pre-purchase inspection of several properties. He has saved us many thousands of dollars by advising of defects that we would have otherwise been unaware.
