Lovely services and as equally matching people.

Cost is too much. Less than one hour so calle theraputic assesment " cost was 1175 AUD. It included only 3 little activities with the child and just few questions from the parent. Really disappointing."

Really disappointed with the service - or lack of. After nearly a year as a patient, we were put back on a waitlist because our wonderful therapist left (I guess that speaks volumes). It’s been nearly six months and despite reaching out, we are still waiting. The only contact we’ve received at this point from Irabina was from a young lady to say we were being taken off the waiting list as we had requested. She couldn’t tell me who gave her that information or why she thought that and assured me someone else would be in touch. A month on and still zero contact!!! For an organisation that claims to support autistic kids and their families, you think there would be more understanding at how early intervention is critical and how change in routine (especially for extensive periods) can be detrimental. You would also think existing patients would get priority or at the very least consideration. I think Irabina spends too much time caring about their shiny new buildings rather than the services it provides there. Really disappointed and deflated by this terrible experience!
