Justin and the team at Dream Doors have done a first rate job on my kitchen remodel and I could not be happier. Professional from start to finish and the team was hard working and focussed on delivering a quality outcome. I would use Dream Doors again in my next property and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.

Overall, the finished product is fantastic! Can’t fault the design support and craftsmanship. My kitchen is totally transformed and beautiful!! 5/5 for construction and finished product!Sadly, communication was a struggle throughout the building phase. I had to seek out updates every step of the way, often with no or late responses. The coordination of trades people appears very disorganised, and often conflicting stories from DDK and trades people. 1/5 for communication.

Dream Doors Kitchens did a wonderful job updating my 18 year old kitchen. I would highly recommend Justin, Dave and team.Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The site was always left clean and tidy and I was kept up to date with the progress.Really happy with the look and functionality of my new kitchen. It is now light and bright, making a huge difference to the room. Thanks Guys

Initial design work with Justin and product choices was super easy and he made the process (the most stressful part) quite a breaze. No pushiness for more expensive products or anything like that. The installation was very well done with no issues at a later date. Communication did become a bit sparse towards the end but I had a functioning kitchen at the end of the day.Only thing which would have been nice to communicate better was the fact that all Electrical work and plumbing work was not apart of the contract. It is written in the contract in their defense but it wasn't reaffirmed nor told to us so when we got a $5k electrical bill which we had no budgeted for it was a bit of a slap.I'd recommend getting a quote for the electrical work involved and plumbing just for budgeting!All in all, great quality work, affordable, communication 7/10. Overall 8/10.

Dream Doors Kitchens were great to deal with and have totally transformed our old kitchen. The quality of workmanship is excellent and their staff and other support tradespeople acted very professionally at all times. I would certainly recommend Dream Doors Kitchens to anyone planning to upgrade an older style kitchen.

I chose Dream Doors based on these Google reviews so I feel obligated to provide one of my own.My initial meeting with Justin from Dream Doors was pleasant and promising. He was easy to work with and did not seem to try and upsell. He was committed to working to our brief which seemed refreshing and from my experience not the norm for most kitchen builders who are more interested in whole kitchen installs and not just replacing an island bench. My only concern was the payment schedule which required a 50% deposit and then further 40% prior to work being started. When I questioned Justin about this, he assured me that the following 40% due would be invoiced on the day of installation and given it should only take a day to install, I wouldn't be paying for 90% of a $13k job before any work was undertaken.Unfortunately, either through the fault of Dream Doors or the supplier (It was never made clear to me), the wrong panels were ordered so the island bench install could not be completed that day. The cabinet maker left on the day of install telling me that the scheduling coordinator (Dave) would let me know when to expect the job to be completed. In the mean time, Justin sent me an invoice for the next 40% - I thought this was very cheeky given I didn't even have the stone bench nor $12k worth of materials in my house. I held off from paying the 40% until the following day when the stone was installed. This was a mistake.Once Dream Doors had received 90% of the invoice, the customer service completely fell to the wayside and the priority to finish the job became dismal. I was never once told when we would expect the new panels to be installed. I would spend the next four weeks contacting Dave who either never responded or would tell me the panels would arrive to be installed the following day - to which no one would show up and no phone call to apologise and set a new date would be made. I contacted Justin to express my dissatisfaction and to his credit he completely backed up the terrible customer service I received from Dave despite the detriment it was doing to his Dream Doors reputation. I am an advocate for small business and truly believe in letting a business know that they are failing to meet expectations and give them an opportunity to correct it before choosing to provide a bad review or hold back on recommendations. Given Dream Doors is a franchise, it's an unfortunate review that will reflect upon the company as a whole, but I also gave head office a call to see if they could help out and a return call was also never made.A month after my job was set to be completed, I got a 'no-notice' text informing me that the cabinet maker would be at my house in an hour to finish the job. Good thing I work locally and could accommodate the completion of the job with an hour's notice. I would find out later that the only reason I was contacted was because the person scheduled to have work done that day at that time was unavailable despite having already told Dream Doors (Dave) that they were working that day. As if a final kick in the guts was intended, I wasn't informed that the wood trim around our island bench would not come primed or painted and nor was I told what colour would match the rest of the cabinetry - I found this pretty appalling given the $13k cost of the island bench overall and the lack of customer service to date. Even though I re-read over the contract and it did indeed say that painting would not be supplied, I still would have thought it appropriate to leave information on matching paint colours to finish the job. Interestingly, once the job was completed, Justin was very quick to issue me an invoice for the remaining 10% - if only they prioritised their customers and the work they commit to complete in the same way they prioritise receiving money from their clients.Overall, if you want a good quality product I can recommend Dream Doors, however not unless you also enjoy being treated poorly and with zero communication provided when things go wrong.

My experience with this company has been appalling!! I would recommend AVOIDING them like the plague!!Thankfully I did not engage their services.They also couldn’t care less & seemed to collude amongst themselves to excuse their appalling customer service.My initial design and measurement appointment was cancelled by Justin in Brisbane just hours before the appointment time due to a personal issue which I accepted. Just then set up a new appointment time for one week later.We then engage in several texts.It was then down right bizarre and strange that Justin called me on a late Sunday afternoon (yesterday) having no recollection of ever having made the new appointment with me or having ever spoken with me?Completely unprofessional, a complete time waster. I’m just not buying any of their excuses.Strangely, cancellation of the initial meeting happened on the State of Origin 2nd match day, scheduled for 3pm. Both the general manager & Justin were together that afternoon. I was told by both of them that Justin had to drive his wife to visit his sick Aunty. GM tells me the Aunty died a few days later. I am very sorry if his loss if this true but all sounds very strange indeed!!Regardless, what professional doesn’t diarise their new appointment time that THEY set and why did he delete the texts between us? And why is he calling late on a Sunday afternoon?I have no trust in this company and there no way in hell I would engage their services.Approach with extreme care!

Dream Doors were excellent from the minute I called Justin. Reece and Bob who did my remodel were the best. Did a brilliant job and did not leave a speck of dust. Absolutely 5 star business. Thanks Guys!

Justin and the team at Dream Doors Brisbane East have just completed an update of the kitchen in my apartment. It looks great and I appreciate the time and effort the team put into the project to solve all the quirky problems we came up against and also allowing me to change part of the plan once the project had started. Reece is a perfectionist when it comes to fitting and getting things just right. Just what you want when you are doing a kitchen update or transformation. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Dream Doors East Brisbane.
