We had the worst experience with this company. Over 4 months to complete a pool deck. Did not follow the contract signed. Additional charges constantly, which we paid just to get the job done. His wife would attend the site to have huge domestics with her husband. 17 year old apprentice left on site constantly unsupervised once with a jack hammer. He was unable to complete the job Aaron wanted him to do because the equipment provided was not up for the job. So he charged us an extra $890 to get the proper equipment in to complete the job, over and above the $3000 we paid in the original quote. He bragged about paying the apprentice $12.50.The rubbish left on site was placed at the tradies entrance for ease of removal, which he did not, even after asking them to come back and clean the site. He broke a glass pool fence panel 1700 x 1200 and never replaced it. They charged us for additional materials that again were all supposed to be included in the quote.Complained he could not get labourers, I advertised in Airtasker and had two strapping lads here in two hours to assist move all the wood for the decking off our naturestrip to the back just so he could stop coming up with excuses.I am out of pocket an additional $2000, and the broken glass panel was never replaced another $872. He would spend a Max of 5 hours on site with the Min one day 30 minutes. One time, while on-site, he was screaming down the phone at his wife for over an hour in the street. My neighbours were curious who he was and what the hell he was supposed to be doing.Wife actually did tell me to take a look at myself as this was not the first builder l had problems with, she was a real charmer and will no doubt have some lovely comeback when she sees this review.I do not recommend these guys. Steer clear. We have now found a decent builder who is local and gets the job done.16/06/2023 Update: Not sure why we needed to send these photos to you when Aaron stepped over this mess to leave our property and we are still waiting for the glass panel to be replaced.

Aaron and his staff assembled and installed a gazebo on our rooftop patio. They were quick, tidy and it looks great. Thank you Aaron - great service!

Aaron and the team have done an amazing job renovating our whole house. From designing and installing a new kitchen, bathroom and new flooring throughout the house. They were professional, reliable and would highly recommend them.
