Had booked Anthony to examine broken washing machine. He was fully booked until today. No washing machine for 9 days. He came today as scheduled even though the area has been severely affected by the fires. Today was extremely smokey in the morning and he was here at 9.00am from Tuncurry. He was very professional and efficient. Machine now singing as it should. Will use Anthony's Appliances in the future and will be happy to recommend his service.

I think when looking at an appliance that someone says is faulty it would be good to put it through its full cycle. Putting a dishwasher through a rinse only then saying there is nothing wrong with it and charging $95 didn't solve the problem that I ended up googling myself from the fault code when I used the dishwasher next and got water all over my floor ...again.

Emailed Anthony to set up a visit for a two draw dishwasher. All organised but I had a bit of a look around the machine myself and fixed the issue. Cancelled Anthony and thanked him for his responses and promised to use him in the future should I need him. He then informed me that there is a manufacturers recall on my machine and I could get replacement parts direct from them by contacting and providing details. He didn't have to do this but went the extra mile. I will definitely use him in the future if I need assistance.

Anthony arrived right on time. He was courteous and efficient. He got my Fisher and Paykel top loading washing machine going again really quickly.I would definitely recommend Anthony if you need an appliance repaired.
