Tim and the team were great. Process was quick and easy. My car was quite new and suffered front end damage. Following repair... Can not tell the car was ever damaged . Quality repair work... Highly recommended.

A crash repairer is not where you want to be - ever! But Tim and Kirsty made it as painless as possible and took good care of me and my car. They seemed to me to be very honest and ethical (in an industry where that is not always the case).I've been rear-ended twice this year (what luck!) and the other repair was a large slick corporate company. EATC was more like a family business and a nicer overall experience. I would definitely use them again - but hopefully I dont ever need to.

The service I received was absolutely fantastic! It was so refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. I brought my car in for some repairs and was amazed at how it looked when I got it back - it was like it had just come out of a showroom!

Rang on a Friday arvo for a car towing. Very helpful and accommodating for a same day tow, and they were there within the hour. We had just relocated our daughter to Uni from interstate, and her car died on the way to get a repair. The person who answered the phone put me at ease, so I didn't have to worry about the car being towed back to her home. Hopefully we don't need their service in the near future, but I wouldn't hesitate to ring them again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend EATC The team that I spoke with were friendly and helpful, I know very little about cars but regardless, I am stoked with how the repair turned out - just like new! :)) Hayley at reception was warm and welcoming, the new person (British accent) was happy to help as well as another mechanic. I had no issues and was very happy with the service provided.

We had our car towed and substantial repairs completed by East Adelaide Tow and Crash and they did a fantastic job! Quality repairs completed quickly and the car was ready when he said it would be.On top of that he organised a loan car for us which was on our driveway the day of the accident.We would be more than happy to use Tim and his team again and would recommend him to anyone.

My car got into an accident, and I got on to Tim after calling around with a few places saying they were full, he handled everything expertly and thoroughly getting me into a hire car the same day and towing my vehicle. Insurance was messing me around for a bit and East adelaide tow and crash were happy to help with anything I needed, highly recommend these people as they are true professionals. Give these guys a call if you get into a car accident as the service is truely one of the best ive seen. Thanks Tim and team. All the best
