Went in tonight to put air in my tyre, and instead it let all the air out, the girl inside the shop told me no one else had problems with it! Sorry if I was rude to her, but she wasn’t helpful at all.Whilst waiting for the RAC I had to stop two other people from using it, also note it was broken before I arrived.

We had bad experience with respect to air checking in evening time. There is no sign board to show the machine is out of order. Without knowing that I connected the machine to tyre and realised it is not working and reverse action happened that the air from tyre had released. We wasted lot of time to get it done.

Have been getting my regular car wash here for my Ford Falcon wagon for the last 4 years. I always purchase the 2 car wash deal and some of the time, the second wash expires before I use it. Fair enough, not their problem. Today was the first time that I have ever tried to claim my buy 4 - get 1 free" wash and was informed that my vehicle wasn't eligible because I have slimline

Paid $18 for the “Mega wash” car was still dirty and only lasted about 5 mins most of which was they fans drying my car

Hi, I called in at 7am last Tuesday morning on my way to work to fill up. After filling up I went in to pay and at one stage there were 6 people standing around waiting to pay while the one attendant (on the busiest day of the week) was making some ones coffee. It reminded me why I don't buy fuel there. It seems strange to prioritise a $3 coffee over $100 of fuel, at a petrol station. It's too late to win my business back but maybe something to consider moving forward.

Air pump not working. The fuel pump for Ron 98 would not stop to prevent excess fuel from leaking out. The petrol stained my car multiple times. It’s been months and still not fixed. This pose a serious HSE issue. Don’t use this station until steps been taken to fix their pumps.

Went to purchase fuel at 5:50am on the way to work as per usual. I go in the morning before work so as to miss the large queues that occur on a Tuesday afternoon. The fuelling forecourt was not accessible as it had orange cones out stopping access. Not impressed, 24hr site that I can't refuel at as its closed!This is my regular store and I pretty much only use BP due to using the app. Fill up one of my cars on the Tuesday evening and the other on the way through to work on a Wednesday morning before 6am (which I was unable to do today) before price rise. Not a good look when you can't get into a 24 hour station

I have been using the auto car wash for over the past 10 or so years. Lately every time I visit the car wash is broken. I usually wash my car at home, but I needed my car washed late at night. I think I’ll have to look for another place as this location is no longer reliable. I would return if they replaced the unit. Prob a fairly expensive exercise for them though.

I wish first time that google should have zero star option that truly describe the poor customer service of this BPHow come your staff allowed to wear airpods at work? Have some respect for customers u can take them OFF at work.I work near to this store, so usually buy coffees and car wash from here.Last time i showed my loyalty card to staff member “Chandan” he refused to give me a large coffee as a free one. He said you have to pay extra $1 if u want to redeem free large coffee. Bro what? That’s not free, also i read terms & conditions at your loyalty card it says customer can get any size of coffee which is 5th free one. I walked out from store as guy didn’t want to listen anything.Then today i got a free supershield voucher.He ( same guy) again refused to give me one he said we are not taking this card anymore literally not even can explain to customer why I can’t get car washi was told to come back tomorrow to see manager if i have any issuesCan check cameras 11/1/238:18 pm
