I just want to say a massive thank you to Tina, for educating both my partner and I with confidence to go into our second labour aiming to achieve a VBAC. Tina is passionate of all things babies and labour related and it shows through with all the resources and tools she provides during the class. Tina has helped me let go of many fears I once had with my first labour and made me feel more empowered to own my birth the second time round. My husband even walked out feeling knowledgeable and is excited for this birth as much as me!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! Learnt valuable information which both me and my partner will be able to use to help prepare us for our birthing journey. Would highly recommend not just hypnobirthing to anyone and everyone but especially completing the course with Tina. She has a wealth of information presented in a very relatable and non overwhelming manner.

My partner and I did the 2 day course with Tina. We had completed the calm birth course before our first birth in 2018 and I found that I preferred hypnobirthing much more practical and informative. Tina runs the course in small group settings which really helps to understand content. She also communicates with you before the course to make sure she tailors it to include any previous birthing experiences. I appreciated the time and effort she took before, during and after to answer questions. Tina is passionate, approachable, charismatic and supportive! You’ll walk out with your partner feeling like a team, with tools, a plan and language to set yourself up for a positive birth experience, whatever way it goes. Thanks Tina!

A great, informative course that’s essential to birth prep and getting in the right mindset. It’s also full of info that’s easily accessible to birthing partners, and pulls together all the snippets you might read into one full package. The course also helped me reframe how I think about things like emergency c-sections and pain management to feel more at ease with any situation that may arise.Tina was an amazing instructor - passionate about birth and knows her stuff. Definitely recommend!

I don’t think I can quite articulate the thanks I have for Tina and all of her assistance in preparing, guiding and educating me as to what a beautiful, positive birth SHOULD be like, and without her I wouldn’t have had the most incredible birth in which I never knew possible.After a tumultuous first birth 4 years ago I was very apprehensive to go back for a second child. I was concerned, scared and confused as to what it would all look like again.I have followed Tina over the years since delivering my first child and decided I wanted to gauge her advice in going back again and I am beyond grateful that it was the path chosen.Never in my wildest dreams did I think I was capable of having a “positive” birth based on my fear.I delivered my second baby last week, in the most incredibly strong, educated, enlightened and empowered manner and I would never have been able to do so without Tina’s guidance.I did so by using all of the tools and information provided in her course, by keeping true to not requiring unnecessary intervention, by allowing myself to feel it all both physically and mentally and the week postpartum has been magic, due to how incredible the birth was.If you’re considering doing one of the courses I HIGHLY recommend.
