Awesome service. My seal needed replacing on my front loader washer. Great communication. Did an amazing job and fixed my machine with ease. Although on their part it looked real complicated. So kudos, they earned every penny. One happy mum right here after a couple months going to local laundromat. Yay!

We took our big TV for repair to Optimum Electronic solutions after ringing around for advice. They were great - had identified it needed replacing for a unit about a year old. They provided us advice and supported us with a very slack electronic distributor in Australia. Now have our replacement TV. Thanks so much Helen.

I have the worst experience with company I bought a new washing machine from ae essonden and I logged a service call 6 month later. AG appointed this company. I rang them three times and they promised that they will get a technician to contact me and they never did. The manager was not helpful at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tim & Nathan came out today to deliver and set up my new (replacement) TV.They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and were out the door in no time :)Highly recommend.Thanks for a great job done

I was told 10 to 15 days for repairs, after 20 days and me having to chase them up multiple times despite being told I would be updated/called back on the status of the repair.Day 21 of waiting, I get a call saying the repair cost would be more than the unit cost me! Almost 400 dollars for a minor subwoofer repair!Unbelievable, be prepared to throw away 99 dollars for the privilege of having your time wasted.After returning to pick up the unit, I ask for a condition/technical report only to be told that none had been completed, but I would receive one via email by the end of the day... guess who had to email them to remind them.....and still waiting on the report.Unless you have a warranty. Avoid this place at all costs and save yourself the time, money and headache of dealing with this unprofessional and completely complacent business.

Bloody Pathetic, Worst Company I have ever dealt with. They pretend to repair your product and instead throw it out and the worst customer service. I recommend you stay right away from this place go to someone else as you will never see your product and they will hang up and ignore and never resolve the problem.

Nathan and Team were fantastic, no fuss very knowledgeable and just got stuck into the job on my washing machine and dryer AND they didn't leave a mess. Highly recommended

It took them 2 1/2 month To try and fix My dishwasher In the end I complain to consumers The Good Guys, Fisher and Paykel I did end up with a brand new dishwasher because this company The service was not within reasonable time.Under warranty I get a message saying to confirm My booking For my dishwasher To be fixed tomorrow My omg they don't even read the emails They have got no idea What's going on I do not recommend this company to anybody They're too slow and they do not listen. Please keep away from this company. That's my recommendation
