The girls at the clinic are great and this is not a review about this store.The business (head office) know nothing of customer loyalty, the expiry date on packages are short and easy to expire before finishing your treatments - mind you they are always booked out on their website for months. They don’t even take your reasoning into consideration, even if you’ve been going there for years and have spent thousands of dollars. Safe to say I won’t spend another cent here and will make sure none of my friends/family and colleagues do either.

I’m so happy with the results I have achieved with hair removal for my legs, face , underarm and BrazilianBec is amazing, love her !I used to have laser for removal in the past at different clinics and never really achieved what I wanted, plus the experience was so painful and my legs usually got burnt and had scars.Here .... I have had no issues as such, there is hardly any growth on my legs now and still continue to do other part with no pain... thank you Bec and team at Geelong Westfield for making this experience so smooth and worth my money.... I came here last week for Laser hair removal ,the girl told me at the moment they have promotion 50% off for all Laser removal service ,but after that she still charge me full price - $189 .When i asked for refund ,they made me wait a whole day to someone contact me. The next day , one lady called me (maybe the owner ) ,she just told me to fill out the refund form , NO APOLOGIES at all .She said her staff is new so she does'n know about the prices ,i said : she told me that promotion before she charge me ,how you explain for that ? She kept say : I don't know , it wasn't me .Until now ,i still haven't receive my money back .They are so LIAR and IRRESPONSIBLE .As the business ,they have to make sure all their staff have to be honest and know their prices or anything about their job .

It’s totally fraud because I had a very bad experience with them .They said if you will have 10 sessions with us all your hair will be removed permanently and I started with them and after 8th or 9th session when I asked them the hair is still coming on my face you know what they said it’s because of you have dark skin and I asked them why you didn’t told me in the first or second session . They were saying sorry nothing else and they waste my money plus time .So please very very be careful with them and it’s not gonna work at allThank you

I had laser for my pigmentation around half a face and after 1 session can already see an amazing difference. Can't wait for my next 2 prepaid sessions. only 55 dollars as they had a 45% off deal atm. It wasn't painful and i healed quickly with much lighter pigmentation. so happy.

Unbelievably difficult to get a hold of these people to make or change appointments, phones always cutting out after waiting endlessly on hold. Difficulty with registering on the website, and they never have enough staff to get appointments within reasonable times. Not to mention how often they cancel appointments due to staff shortages. I’ve had enough.
